Customer service was exceptional, duty manager was very apologetic when I raised an issue of a dirty toilet, then when the newly painted ceiling caused issues with flaking paint.

On arrival I had to highlight a dirty toilet, after a disturbed night's sleep due to a noisy bathroom fan I had to raise an issue with a newly painted ceiling flaking - contractor obviously did a touch up job rather than repair the initial problem.The duty manager was very apologetic and offered me an alternative room which I declined as I was happy with the room overall, and they offered a complimentary breakfast and coffee. I was told the bathroom fans do not switch off, therefore if I was ever to stay here again I would take ear plugs.

The property is lovely, if you need to get away from the city.. prone to flooding. Left at 11 am and the road is covered with water 🤣

The bed is quite uncomfortable though but otherwise overall stay is perfect, its perfect for a family of 3.
