Excellent location.Excellent customer service /guest relations/Stylish apartment with everything we needed such as iron dishwasher washing machine hob cooker/microwave. The info leaflet provided lots of info on how to use appliances and info about the hotels facilities and other points of interest in central Manchester. Guest relations left a birthday card and gift for my partner as I'd told them it was his birthday,. The studio was a clean, comfortable bed and great shower . Check in and check out was easy ..Freindly professional reception service . We will definitely stay again !

The lighting above the table was low which looked nice but not good for my boyfriend' who is 6foot tall,and kept bumping into it .Other than that absolutely no complaints.

Everything was perfect, generous size of room, nice decoration, comfortable bed, pillows, plenty of storage space, complimentary tea&coffee, and delicious cakes. The cleaning is second to none, the bathroom is spotless, shower gel&shampoo dispensers, quality towels, big full English breakfast (to die for), a selection of fresh fruits, the last but not least, warm, friendly, welcoming hosts. Dear Elaine&Lee, thanks, you made our stay great and memorable, we will definitely come back anytime soon.

Location was excellent, we loved the fact that apartment was fully equipped with kitchen, accessories, dishwasher, and washing machine and dryer. We also loved the privacy between the main bedroom and the living room, where our kids were sharing a sofa bed. Despite location being in a central area, the apartment was not noisy at all, very good isolation was provided by the double windows.

We were lucky to receive free early check-in due to the kind guidance of the receptionist who advised us to become a club member. Otherwise, it would be helpful to visitors if the property considered changing their regular check-in hours to a time earlier than 3pm. Many flights arrive early morning and this would benefit travellers, especially those accompanied by kids.

Comfy bed, good shower, good disabled access to hotel. Good to have comfy chairs and table. Ample sockets for our needs.

Room decor a little dated, thought room was a little small for an accessible room, there was nowhere to move the chairs/table to to get to the desk/mirror. Outside of hotel needs painting, it doesn't look very welcoming.

I wasn’t aware of the bus lane cameras and although we had NCP parking but wasn’t joyful. It was raining all day and it was hard with kids to walk. Secondly, the bathroom sink wasn’t flowing well and it took few minutes every time we went to wash our hands or face. That wasn’t pleasant.
