  Lovely big spacious room, with large sofa and large comfy bed. Very clean room. The shower was amazing probably the most powerful shower I have ever had, location was perfect and the hotel features are lovely.. the staff were really nice and helpful.. We went as 2 couples and we all loved our stay and would stay again 100%

  Scaffolding covering the view from the window, and the windows dont open so Id advise anyone staying over to get a fan from reception..

  Location was great. Close walking distance to many attractions. Lift access so no stairs if you have suitcases. Pubs close by for eating and many cafes around. Grwat views overlooking the Royal Mile. Would recommend staying here .

  The location is really nice, in a business area, close to Monument and Bank station. The studio was clean, spacious and well equiped. It felt like home! And the staff was lovely.

  I didn't like that the building is located in a very small deadend street which can be scary when you go back home late by yourself. I was in a ground-floor studio with a view close to a bar. People were drinking outside and they could see me quite clearly, which was a bit annoying in the late afternoon, but at least the studio is very well soundproofed so I couldn't hear them.

  Absolutely everything, and the icing on the cake was a brilliant host. Possibly the best UK accommodation I’ve stayed in.

  Nothing, I’ve seen some reviews complaining only one bathroom. I have no idea why anyone would complain. It’s in the details and shown on the plan provided. The host/ accommodation should not receive a negative because someone cannot be bothered to research properly.
