The staff were delightful, parking convenient, the room was spacious, the bed large and comfortable, with a decent desk to work and excellent Wifi. The shower was very good and all the little touches, such as hooks on the back of the shower door, powerful bedside lights, plentiful power sockets and storage space are always appreciated. Will definitely stay here again next time I need to be in Stafford.

We had a super cool time! The place had an awesome view of the sea and getting to the city center was a breeze with the bus and tram stops nearby. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the peace and quiet was just perfect. Plus, the host was super helpful, even giving us a heads up about the lift maintenance so we could plan our day. I'd totally recommend this place!

It is a budget hotel, though the most important thing i.e. the bed was comfortable (surprised no mattress protector as a good quality to sleep on). Friendly staff. Great location and just a few min walk from New Street Station. Breakfast decent.

If not use to traffic then a little high to 11/12pm. There are rooms facing the rear and staying again would ask for one of those. Bathroom functional, though needed some tlc for the tile grouting, shower head leaking, and shower door not joining when closed. Down marked the facilities based on the maintenance.

Good location near the centre of Ramsey but also had access straight onto a footpath through the golf course. Comfortable.

There was no hot water at all. Even next morning. The tables in restaurant were very sticky, the paper serviett stuck to it, and everything else.

Cleanliness, felt like, by charging 20£ less than other hotels in the area, gave them the right to simply ignore the basics of cleaning. When you are a paying guest, regardless of it being £60 or £600, cleanliness shouldn't be compromised. Small room? Sure. Less facilities? Of course. BUT, there are things that should meet a minimum standard and CLEANLINESS is definitely one of them and at this, this hotel failed miserably.
