Absolutely loved their hospitality, their breakfasts were fantastic, big thanks to Moray, it was pretty crowded in the dining room for breakfast with 7 couples in it, was one of my only negative comments, Our bed was very low and had a hard mattress on it, we are oldies and felt a softer mattress could have been better. Everything else though was fantastic, the little touches everywhere in our rooms, in the shared dining lounge was great, and the Pine Marten was such a bonus, you are both terrific hosts, and you went way beyond what you needed to do as hosts, so thanks once again, it was truely appreciated

Larger dining room or less people staying, would have been better Our bed was very low to the ground, with a hard mattress, and although we think we are quite fit, it was hard yakker getting out of it

We had to print some things off for our flight, so we called the morning of our stay to ask if there is a printer we could use, they said yes. We arrived at 9pm at night only to be told the printer had no ink- with no time for other options. Additionally we booked this hotel as checkout time was at 11 which was perfect for our flight, however they told us when we arrived check out was actually at 10. Staff were great but clear issue with management.

BEWARE this property doesn't exist. Note that the address says sawyers Court without give a specific door number (I should have paid more attention when booking). When I arrived at sawyers Court I didn't know where to go as there were numerous flats. Tried calling the host but phone was switched off even though I stated my time of arrival. Had no choice but to go knocking on doors with the hope of finding the accommodation or at least someone pointing me in the right direction. Failing that I left to find something to eat nearby as I hungry as well as tired. Tried the host's number again, this time a man picked up, I enquired about the location of the property to which he said to go on booking.com website and cancel! No apology or explanation given, none soever. I explained cancelling will mean losing my money as it's part of the condition of the booking. He hanged up immediately I said that and refused to answer my subsequent calls or decline my calls I attended a work training and needed somewhere close to rest as I had more training the next day but was denied this by this suspected scammer Reading reviews from other victims, I'm surprised this advert is still allowed on booking.com.

Shower pressure in the second room (not master bedroom) was really poor. If I was staying for more than one night; I would have complained about it.

Room was a little dirty especially carpet and chairs. Location seems quite far and a little dodgy. It's close to the Excel convention/event centre, which is what we needed but there are other hotels that are way closer, you need to take the underground train 2 stops to get to this hotel from the centre. There was also an uncomfortable situation just when we arrived to check in of a man improperly and chaotically behaving towards staff and other guests but that was out of anyone's control and not the hotel's fault we were just unlucky to experience it there and then.
