The hotel is very good and clean and the location is amazing because it is close to all attractions, but it is not in a crowded place. Breakfast was ok, but if I were going now, I wouldn't have gotten breakfast together with the room because they have a la carte options that looked better than the breakfast buffet and London has plenty of options for breakfast.

The house was clean and nicely decorated, it was just a one night stay so didn't really use the house fully. Internet was easy to use via the BT Hub. Lounge was good - enough room for four people comfortably. The kitchen had tea and coffee facilities with microwave and kettle etc..

The kitchen was very tired and could have done with a refit, the cooker had been replaced but didn't actually fit the space of the cupboard. This is probably a bit of a preference but the beds were extremely soft and didn't give a very good sleep for our party of 4. The details said 2 bathrooms but in fact it is a bathroom and a separate toilet which are next to each other on the ground floor beyond the kitchen. No bathroom upstairs.

It's not a modern hotel but it met our needs, large room, good bathroom, very good location, very good breakfast and internet working very well, narrow stairs didn't get in the way and no elevator didn't get in the way at all.

The mattress is terrible, uncomfortable and inelastic, needs to be changed immediately, difficult to sleep on.

5 minutes walk from Waterloo. Spotlessly clean and well presented. Places to eat and drink nearby. Safe neighbourhood. Lots of electrical sockets and USB charging points. Kitchenette.

Very generous and well cooked breakfast. Interesting historic building and I met some lovely dogs which they welcome to stay there.

As it is an old building with beams, the stairs could be tricky for some people. I was OK with them.

Room 4 was a bit noisy because it was facing the main street and the sash window had a gap at the top. Only a minor issue, though, as not a very busy road

Room 115 had stains on the wall along side of the bed, the fan in the bathroom did not work so after one person having a shower the bathroom was full of steam. Complained at Reception but nothing happened !!!!! The room was extremely hot, no cooling system working and not able to open the windows. Felt unbearably hot in the night and claustrophobic because windows wouldn’t open. There was a sign in the room instructing us not to open the windows but even if we did the bars just outside the window prevented opening fully. This is a Health& Safety issue because if there was a fire in the corridor preventing us exiting through the door we would have been trapped. This is a serious complaint.
