An absolutely amazing apartment. Beautiful view of the river and the Millenium Bridge. Extremely well kitted out with everything you need for a short or long stay. The apartment was immaculate - cleaned to a higher standard than hotels. Comfortable bed, quiet neighbourhood. Mandy and Andy were lovely. They were very flexible with arrival and departure times and had great recommendations for the area. We would definitely stay again.

The breakfast was absolutely incredible, everywhere was spotless and clean, beds were super comfortable and linen was lovely. Hosts were both lovely and friendly and can tell they really care about ensuring their guests have a lovely stay. The views out the windows onto the trees were lovely, very relaxing and calming.

If I had to be picky I would have like some bottled water in the room as it was really warm in the night. Was also quite conscious that you were staying in someone’s home. We normally have a night cap and put the world to rights with friends until about midnight when we are away without the kids, but we couldn’t do this but thats just personal to us as we were with a group this time. Also another minor thing was the doors work on a key code system but I like the security of feeling like I can lock the door when I’m inside the room.

Great location for Edinburgh airport, just a few minutes walk. Very quiet room and very clean. Great that they offer breakfast from 4am for early flights. Check in was very quick and easy.

Breakfast buffet table was poorly stocked with very little choice. Had to repeatedly ask for items that were missing. Milk, bread, yogurt, orange juice etc.
