The staff and the site where amazing everyone on the site we're very humble, I can not say a bad word about the site already looking forward to already booking next year away, the site size was well.spaced there were lovely facilities and also was amazing if your self catering like we were had everything you could need to do so. The site itself is situated in a brilliant location, meaning getting to where you need to be is no more than 30 minutes left and right out of the site. I would recommend the lakes to anyone wanting a break away as it is truly a beautiful place to stay would be back in a heartbeat.

The only issue I had that was addressed quite quickly was that the microwave had a food left in from the previous tenant. The only thing I would day on the booking.com advert is that pictures of the site show caravans with hottubs and parking spaces but this is only on certain areas of the site I believe this should e made a little clearer that's my only fault I could find.

Provided a bit more than a standard hotel room - reception and restaurant staff were friendly and helpful and we were able to leave luggage temporarily next day. Great views from the room. The breakfast was excellent - varied options and fresh. Central location works well for enjoying night life and restaurants in the city center.

Was clean, looked kinda new and really had everything one could possibly need for a short to medium term stay. The view on the motorway and Bristol was nice. The apartment has it's own parking space, very convenient. After calling with check-in problems the friendly owners showed up quickly and got us checked in.

The check-in was tricky because the owners only sent the required details on the day of arrival. We were however traveling and did not check our e-mail every day. Unfortunately traffic noise was present all of the night.

Brilliant location, beautiful views, walks straight from the front door, and had everything we could possible need. Brackenrigg Inn was within walking distance great food and very friendly. Cannot recommend highly enough we absolutely loved our time here.

location is great. counter staff service is great. my check in and out was by the same front desk person. He is friendly and helpful. Breakfast could be better with some variations at least every 2 days.

Chef has bad eczema red raw scabs on elbows showing to customers Breakfast cold Gaff tape sealed windows no air weather is hot 🔥 humidity Horrific parking scheme its possible get locked in all day .cause that car has gone out for the day. Happen to me car parked behind my van doors on premises couldn't get my van back doors open to get suitcases out. Lift always breaks down alot. We got stuck in there 20mins £20 deposit for the fan but it's hotel fault for sealing the windows with thick tape. Room 56b TV in room 56b is pinned to wall top corner of room aiming straight forward can't swivel TV to watch it .. Ordered a double room got an extra bed for a kid in the way. Won't be staying again this was a tryal.. may suit a coach customer but for me 5 disappointed reasons. Mr Darkstar morecambe 👍
