Great location and a lovely bar. Room was clean, modern and nice bathroom. Friendly staff. Didn’t realise it was a dog friendly hotel which was so nice to see as there are not enough. Would return again if we have a dog in the near future.

Friendly owner Stuart and perfect location for visiting Blackpool. Near central pier. Comfortable bed and very clean and tidy. Lovely bar downstairs and offers breakfast as well.

Although shower was fine and clean. I would wish for a more power shower. Temperature fine and very clean so don't let this put you off staying there.

The location is super, the view of the Cathedral at breakfast was an amazing bonus. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Really easy to find and parking available.

The hotel itself feels generally 'tired' and the space around the kettle wasn't especially clean, mouldy bits on the shower screen seal and some staining of the bath and the lamp didn't work in the room.

We came for a one night stay. When we arrived we waited half an hour to check in with only 5 people in front of us in the queue. When we eventually got to our room we had bed bugs on the bed. I was fine with the wait at reception but walking in and finding bed bugs is not ok. When I went to reception to ask for a change of room their reply was very basic and they did get us a new room which was a little bigger and cleaner. The price of the rooms is amazing but the cleanliness of them needs to be improved dramatically.

Grubby room, amenities and bathroom. The detachable shower head was missing, so could only use top shower head and this was a dribble. Bathroom smelt of mould. Room was stuffy and just didn't have an enjoyable stay
