The staff members were awesome! The atmosphere at the communal area is great, all the deco, comfortable sofas, lovely plates, cups etc in the kitchen area and to be able to make fresh coffee was so nice! Unexpected thing was a complimentary cereal breakfast offered, it was nice and just enough. Entrance very secure to the building and to the room areas with a code key like in the hotels. I had a single room with good quality linen, simple room but just enough, no frills, bathroom around the corner that also was very clean, good shower.

I don't think there was anything I didn't like! I personally could not share a dormitory with strangers, I'm so glad they have single rooms available.

The peace and quiet, the garden, the warm vibe of the house, the decor, the history and quirks of the house and the friendliness of the host. The bed was super comfy too.

Not to overly enamoured with the £50 security deposit on top of the room bill. Ive stayed in quite a few of your hotels and this was a first for me. Also, in your messages to me, unless you know me personally, its rude to refer to me by my first name. Doesnt look very professional

Hotel was absolutely awful. Mouldy bathroom. Missing lighting. Unclean and in need of serious tlc. Breakfast wasn't really a continental it was just Asdas own yogurt and no option for a hot breakfast other than eggs not worth the money!
