1 night stay in a standard Twin Room. The hotel is very convenient for Battersea Park, the riverside walks and Battersea Power Station, with its many shops, bars and restaurants. 10 min walk to the underground, and buses stop just outside running into Chelsea and Knightsbridge. Convince store is also 2 minutes away. The room was a good size and everything was very clean. Beds were comfy and the pillows too. The bathroom had shampoo, conditioner and a hairdryer. Breakfast was good quality and staff were attentive.

The reception staff who checked us in was efficient but a bit clinical not much of a warm welcome. Another guest checking in just after us also commented on this. The swimming pool area changing facilities are a bit basic and very small.

The location was great, between the beach and the shops. The flat was really clean which is the most important thing for me and also few welcoming details which were appreciated.

The early check out 10am was an inconvenient for me and considering I was travelling by train I would have preferred to have little bit more time to leave the flat, instead than be out waiting more than 1 hour for the train.

The room was not clean, we got only one big towel for 2 adults booking, the water late evening was cold so while I was having shower for 30 sec the water turned stone cold and I had to rinse myself in freezing cold water. I went to sleep with horrible feeling of soap on my body. Bed was very uncomfortable too soft and worn. The living room and kitchen also dirty. I booked it for 3 nights however after one night sleep we left and went to sleep in a hotel. On top of that the owner did not do anything to amend things and did not provide extra towel after asking for it.
