Well laid out comfortably great for one night before flight plenty of car parking two pubs and shop in the village don’t trust your satnab and a short taxi ride to airport if needed coffee tea cereals toaster bring. a few slices of bread butter and a small milk and you will be happy

Walls are a bit thin if you have noisy people next door then what place doesn’t but we didn’t so no complaints

Superb location. Easy to find. Good amenities immediately around. Forensically spotless. Very thoughtfully furnished and fitted out. Very quiet too. I took apt 6 in the basement. A great alternative to a hotel room. Good WiFi, it has everything you could need.

Overall the property was a great place to stay, it was clean, spacious and well maintained, the property was located with a great view of the sea, the facilities on the park were good also with a lot for families, would definitely recommend a stay here.

Staff were wonderful, pleasant and helpful. Did not catch all their names, though. Joseph was brilliant and helped us with the bus routes. It is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Perfect location to explore York.

Well… there were stains on the tables, floors, and the windows were pretty bad definitely needs a good clean, as for being asked to hoover!! lol I didn’t pay to come and clean!! Also one of the radiators wasn’t working, The parking for rooms 7,8,and 9 were very precarious to say the least ( I noticed a couple reversing a couple of times to line up for the gap! Inches either side!

The room had not been cleaned properly before our stay. There were fake rose petals under and over the furniture left from previous guests. But, the bed and bathroom were clean.
