My mother stayed with you, the hotel is lovely, I did consider asking for a change of room only because my Mum is in her 70's and she had the top floor furthest away room and the shower was awkward to get in and out .... Besides that the room was beautiful, clean light and very comfortable. Everyone was polite and welcoming, thank you.

If Mum was staying again I would ask for a room with disabled access just for ease as she is older, really that's my error when booking. The shower door could not open very far. And if I was being picky, I didn't like that when I dropped my mother off for the evening the doors front and back were open to all even after 10:30....the desk was unmanned as staff member was trying to cover both that and the bar, therefore anyone could have entered unseen......

Really friendly welcome by Celine, and info given about nearby restaurants. Very good breakfast, including the choice of Manx skippers (to be pre-ordered). Our room was quiet , and had a very clean bathroom. We were asked if we needed our tea ,coffee-making facilities topped up.

Our room was very small, and although it was a twin room as requested, it was an L shape, so one single bed was not in the sight line of the tv!! Bathroom was Very compact.

Disappointed with the facilities. Very surprised to only get 2 towels with a note that if we wanted more we would have to pay for it. There was no hand towel in the bathroom, or face washer. There were no T towels in the kitchen or an oven glove. guess if we cooked or used the oven we would have to use our towels. Would have loved a cup of tea on our arrival but there was no welcome milk or anything. There were no wine glasses. The lift did not work when we were there so had to carry suitcases up and downstairs. The bedding cover and pillow cases looked unwashed and the bed was rock hard. Very uncomfortable
