the location is perfect and it is great value for money. the apartment was very clean there was a kettle in the kitchen. the view was really nice I had abit of trouble locating it so the owner sent me a video off Google maps that really helped the bed was so comfortable.the storage was very good.

the WiFi didnt work and I contacted the owners via the what's app as they requested but I got no response I messaged several times. The apartment is on the top floor and the staircase is narrow so it was difficult getting a suitcase up the 6 sets of stairs the hot water in the shower only lasts 2 minutes then I had to keep turning it off and leave it for 10 minutes then put it back on it was extremely warm and even with the window open the heat was incredibly high. there was 2 butter knifes that was the only utensils.

Breakfast had excellent choice of delicious freshly prepared food which was lovely and hot. Tasty selection of homemade jams was available each morning. Hosts very welcoming and helpful, nothing too much trouble.

The location is great, with 10-15 minute walking distance to downtown area including Glasgow Central Station and Queens Station. Staff was also helpful in arranging baggage storage and cab arrangement.

The electronic fan isn’t perfectly clean, but this is a minor issue as we can clean it easily in 5 to 10 minutes.

The place is very clean and well kept. The staff are polite and helpful. The property is a good mixture of old and modernised.

No fridge for baby bottles although night concierge contacted me by text which I thought was good service. The cot that we requested was really basic for this standard and also for a £20 charge although I don’t think I was actually charged. It’s a great place to stay but I have been to better places for less. If it was 20-30% cheaper I’d recommend it and probably stay again.

I didn't eat at the hotel because in the evening, I only wanted a light snack, not a fried or filling meal. In the morning, only a full breakfast or continental breakfast was available which was pricey. Maybe some lighter snack options could be included in the menu?
