Neat, compact, clean, great location, natural light, sea views, it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay . The place was well equipped and suited us perfectly for a few days. The large window looking out to sea made the place feel much larger than it was and we immediately felt right at home

The bathroom folding door should have a handle on the back of the door on the bathroom side with a latch so you can securely close the door behind you once you enter the bathroom. Small item, easy fix

We arrived at the accommodation and we couldn't get into the property. We called all the number on the information sign on the door and no answer. We call the number given on Booking.com email and no answer. Therefore we didn't stay. We got our money back - not a great experience.

The hotel has been refurbished and looks great. The staff were very friendly and looked after our luggage, so we could go off exploring. Close to everything. The room was modern, and clean, and the bed was comfortable to sleep in. Breakfast was limited but adequate.

The location is unbeatable. Can walk to most theatres in 2 minutes and right in the heart of Covent Garden. Helpful, welcoming staff. Free cheese and wine if you're a member and on Tuesdays.

The rooms are very compact. It's fine if you are out and about all day but I imagine could feel quite claustrophobic if more time spent.

The room was small and the shower head assembly was about to fall off the wall. Breakfast was not included. Driving/parking our rental car to your location proved somewhat perplexing in that there is really no way to approach the hotel, drop off luggage or check in without first parking in the garage behind the hotel…but as tourists you don’t know that until actually checking in, which you cannot do until you park, etc. This is, of course, complicated by the Bus Gate situation. Thank you, however, for the parking discount, that helps!

We rented a 3 room apartment, because we were traveling with kids. It turned out to be underground. There was a long, dark hallway with rooms on both sides, but all the doors automatically closed, so it was a bit claustrophobic, and we couldn't keep doors open to the rooms where our kids slept. The kitchen had no windows, and the livingroom wasn't very cosy with old, dirty couches, so we preferred to hang out in our bedroom in the evening. The place was not particularly clean, and we had to wash all kitchen utensils before using them.
