The pullman is just 2 a minute walk from Albert docks which is beautiful for walks along the mersey with great pubs and restaurants. Across the road is Liverpool one with fab shops. The multi storey carpark is right next door to the hotel with discount given by the hotel when you vacate. We were able to check in early and the check-in staff were amazing, friendly and really helpful. 8th floor bedroom with views over Mersey and the Liverpool wheel, defo worth paying a little extra for the deluxe room and the breakfast was delicious with everything you could possibly want. Highly recommend this hotel, will be back.

The room was clean and air conditioned. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from West Drayton Station (Elisabeth Line). There is a vending machine in the lobby with free tea/coffee. Personel was very nice and informative.

The room was small, but that was okay since we only needed the bed inside. Bathroom however was very small and there was no trash bin inside. The reception was only open until 23:00, so we couldn't check in later and had to adjust our plans to that fact.

Took 2 hours to go through the check in procedure, after hours of comms to the team they sent the details by e mail 3 times - the email never arrived - they could not just copy the email into the chat for us to enter. I thought I had been scammed and in the end due to time constraints and appointments I had to book another hotel for the family as we were left on the side of the road in blackwall london - THe whole experience cost me more that £600 extra to put the family up in a nearby hotel = losing my booking and cost of the apartment which we never saw - customer service is poor and the check n process trusts no one ... never again .

There was nothing that I liked about this hotel, it was false advertisement. The only good thing was that it was close to the beach.

Everything, first of all it was a room in the basement which looks like it's where the staff live. It was very dirty, felt very unsafe, especially as a solo female traveller. It was not advertised as separate basement rooms from the hotel. I had no bathroom in my room, it was outside of the room, the whole experience was very disappointing. I will most definitely never go back to this hotel and I do not recommend this to anyone.
