  Booking process was smooth, price was good. Communications regarding upgrade to two single beds were swift and clear. Found all staff to be excellent and very patient in the bar when we had a few late drinks after the arena gig we attended.

  I wanted some good, clean, basic accommodation near to the Corran Ferry terminal and this was ideal. It had a well equipped kitchen area, the bedroom and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and informative.

  It was remote and rural. Which allowed us to escape from our busy life and just relax. Absolutely loved the feather pillows and quilt! We enjoyed using the fire pit and BBQ!

  Staff were polite, helpful and welcoming. Room was beautiful and spacious and bathroom facilities were luxurious.

  There was dried sick on the floor around the toliet in the bathroom that I stood on after having a bath and it was on my feet. I had to then wash the floor and get a shower afterwards.

  Fire alarm woke us up at 7am Air con wasn’t working Been charged twice for the car park and twice for the room (which also is a different price I booked for on booking.com) Dispute still ongoing as staff are adamant it’s only been taken once.
