Really gorgeous rooms. Comfortable and clean. Bathrooms are modern . Enough space for 2 people for a short stay. Beds are super comfy. The owner is such a lovely lady too! She also provided cereal for breakfast and fresh milk. Would 100% recommend. Location is amazing 3 minute walk from the beach. Value for money is amazing can’t get any better than this!

Location perfect for arrival and departure and onward journey. Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was great. Bar area comfy and relaxing for night cap.

Shower tap/handle came off with first use, luckily it was the temperature controller which was already set to a comfortable temp. So didn't impact us apart from noise when it dropped off.

Staff were really friendly and nothing was too muck to ask. There was a really good choice for breakfast and the room was lovely and spacious and comfortable.

Breakfast wasn't included. Discarded plastic on bathroom floor. No other pubs or restaurants locally so had to book ubers to take us to Wetherby. Service in the garden in the afternoon was very slow.

The room was tatty and it felt dingy. There were holes cut in the ceiling of room 3 and they had been patched back in with plasterboard tape. Paint was flaking off the walls, entrance doors. No nets and so you had to have the curtains drawn to get changed as carpark spaces look right in room. Bathroom more modern, but toilet too close to wall to sit on properly, spare toilet paper was soiled or marked It was clean enough I would say, so you could stay here but its not very relaxing and I wish i had driven two hours home instead of stay over

there is no car park on the front of the property designated for customers , this is a house i was expecting hostel with private parking , i apologies but that what i understood from the description if i know that is a shared house i probably will not book it thank you !
