  We stayed for one night on our way from Scotland. This place is perfect to have a rest and a good sleep before and after a long drive. The garden around the property is wonderful, the village is nice and quiet. We had a very good dinner at the local pub/restaurant. The home-made breakfast from the owner was amazing!

  The flat was well-equipped and had everything we needed. Nice to have separate kitchen/living room. Good for a couple. Some good places to eat nearby and walkable from the centre.

  There was some confusion over the entry key lock (I had to use someone else's number for the code in the end) which was never explained and left me a little apprehensive. Most of the flat was clean, but there was some rubbish (used tissue and some paper) by the bed that had been missed.

  Renovated and “rebooted” with love, taste and respect to the historical building and unique location. Welcoming people who do care to make your stay special.

  The bed was sort of opposite to orthopaedic: too soft and bending to the side. Virtually no WiFi in the room and poor signal/speed in public’s area.

  Very comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast. Brilliant location - directly opposite beach.

  Room had very little natural light. Perversely, no blind in bathroom, so as soon as sun came up, room became light. Lock on door operated by same key for front door, so does this mean that everyone staying there has a key to everyone else's rooms? No way to securely lock room from inside because mechanism has been removed. This doesn't seem very secure. LOTS of stairs to climb to get to room.
