Dinner in the pub was way better than expected, the menu is standard pub grub but chef is clearly talented. Staff all super friendly and helpful. Breakfast bespoke, I could have had anything but I was full (see comment about dinner). Overall very good VFM.

Bathroom rather tired... but a bath - which I love. You would have been disappointed if you wanted a proper shower. Also quite noisy until ~11pm as above the bar, but if you want quiet, don't book a room in a small pub, as you are going to hear the bar.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. My room was good, lovely large bed, very comfortable. A decent sized desk for me to work at. Bathroom was nice, lovely big bath. Breakfast was also very good.

I stayed on the second floor, very close to the entrance door from the landing. This door did NOT have a soft close, it was slamming shut constantly throughout the late evening and night. Not conducive to a good nights sleep. My show screen also not great, the seal at the bottom clearly did not work. Once out of the shower, I noticed it has flooded most of the bathroom floor. Both problems reported to reception when I checked out.

Rooms were lovely clean and very new clearly. Sadly the owners behaviour absolutely appallingly and not even a written apology or refund offered post their domestic so lodged comaplaints.

I was locked out the first night as the card from key fob outside had been taken by another guests relation and the owners did not answer the door despite several if not around 10 long melodic rings of the bell. After that concern i had to twice ask fro info on how to unlock the front door to leave early morning after last night fro long drive home. Only comment about being locked in received was how they got burgled once. Need a real lock and real keys to pass guests each or a 24 hour answer service to be let in ! Luckily a new check in who they waited up for to check in came and let me in, they could not believe owners did not hear the incessant bell ringing. I nearly had to sleep in my car . Then last night of stay when i faced a 400 mile drive next day they had a 6 hour domestic fight and literally with screaming and crying and physical abuse heard. After the loud drunken karaoke when they knew i was going to bed at 9pm. She said scared of him and both were drunk, him very loud shouting about leaving and packing. He would not be quiet as she asked repeatedly . Due to start stop of it all night i was scared of calling police and repercussions when as part disabled id have to stay witness’s and had pets retuning from abroad i had to be south of London to collect by midday. Was very scary and appealing behaviour when guests staying, assume by the end of week only myself . I have lodged formal complaints for a refund and compensation for the stress . Pure hell and ruined stay was bad enough locked out and almost slept in car to then have drunken appalling behaviour last night. No respect or self control with guests in their home appalled.

Really clean big rooms and Kris was a fantastic host. Breakfast was great. Definitely when visiting Llandudno again this is where we would stay. Thank you for a great break

On the Sunday morning the fire alarm went off at 07:00 in the morning which was a bit of a shock 😳 Apparently it was something to do with the AC

The entire property requires a complete refurbishment. It’s very run down and tired.

Fire door outside the room beeped all night Shower was very small, kept hitting arms on the sides. The opening to get into the shower was a little restrictive(tight squeeze). Breakfast scrambled eggs left us feeling nauseous 🤢
