  We loved the cosiness and cleanliness and the fact it was fully equipped with every essential including a selection of dvds for evening viewing and oversized pack of playing cards to entertain us ! Super little garden area at the back with seating and table in the sun , plus fire pit for a cool summer evening . Lovely shower and comfy beds with spacious rooms . We also loved the Fox theme running throughout the house. Would definitely recommend.

  We weren’t sure if the velox skylights had blinds before we went to bed, and found ourselves woken by daylight very early and the dawn chorus !

  Rooms are so outdated and really not very clean. The windows are so dirty the bath wasn’t cleaned properly the walls were dirty. We had two single beds and they are some of the worst beds I’ve slept on can’t believe this hotel was £130 per night ridiculous
