The apartment was clean and tidy. Kitted out well, as a family of 4, with 2 young biys they loved it. Was warm and cosy. We where short on towels and Spencer was so quick to help and dropped them off straight away. Service was great, communication was great and apartment was perfect for us. My only problem, was I should of booked longer. We will hopefully return in the summer this year or maybe next. Highly recommend we had a great stay. Also only 1mile and 18minute walk from the gauge, over the road from a small Tesco and next to a bakery. Everything in reach easily. Only thing I would say are the pictures on here are a little different. Sofa is different and the double bed is different. The ones there are still nice, beds comfy, kitchen is good size and bathroom clean so I have no faults.

The location was very good, near the Haymarket station where you can catch a lot of buses or the tram to several destinations. It is also close by walking to the city centre (approximately 20 to 30 minutes). There are several restaurantes in the same street and also a Tesco supemarket. The room was confy.

The room could have more light. The bathtub was very high; someone with mobility issues would have difficulty getting in.

It looked amazing from the outside but especially from the inside! Super clean and the staff were amazing!! I made a request when I booked my room, and I didn’t expect it to be honoured. Not only was my request fulfilled but it exceeded my expectations.

The food was exceptional and the staff couldn't have been friendlier. The room was clean and very well kept. Hotel is ideally situated for city centre and transport links. Great value for money, we'll be back.

It has modern facilities including restaurant, bar and spa on site, its clean, staff were friendly, large room, modern amenities also included.

Our room didn’t have curtain just net curtains and in summer months, room very bright early on. The shower was level with the floor outside the shower so leaked a lot every time we used it. Restaurant was lovely ambience, lovely staff however price of food didn’t live up to expectations.

Very friendly bar staff. Butty Bach beer at a good price. How the staff fitted me into their curry night, which was great. Welcoming pub dog!

The hotel didn't take cash payments. I only deal with cash and my children couldn't get a drink . At breakfast there was no bacon and sausages for over 5 minutes.
