The location of the property to the beach and shops was great. Property was very modern and clean with nice outdoor space which was bigger than expected. The property was also in a nice quiet area and parking was available on the drive. Owners very responsive to queries and gave us an earlier check in as requested. We would recommend and we will visit again.

Ceiling fans didn't work, one fan was provided and we luckily brought our own. More cooking utensils ( fish slice) No tea towels provided.

The cutest little place, so close to the harbour. Felt like home from home, very welcoming. Super super clean! Nice touches with straighteners in the room and make up flannels. Tracie and Ian have put a lot of thought into making The Wadham a great place to stay.

It has everything you need for a short break, bed was big and comfortable, decor is stylish, very quiet and peaceful at night. The mini fans by the bed were a nice touch. The host also allowed us to check in early which was really appreciated.

The noise outside the hotel - from people drinking outside on the chairs and tables set up outside the hotel - hen parties and the like - went on until 4am and even later. I had to leave the hotel the next morning (without a refund being offered) because I just couldn't risk another night like that. Staying at the Ship when you have to work the next day is a big no- no. The staff were nice about it - agreed that the noise at night was unbearable - but couldn't offer me a refund for the room.

Where do I even begin… - Blood, urine, sweat, mould on the mattress. - Dirty men’s and women’s underwear left in toilet. - Black mould in the shower. - Drugs and needle packaging left under the bed. - Walls absolutely disgusting filthy. - Sweat stained pillows. - Kettle covered in hairs. - TV was caked in dust. - Floor was filthy. - £38 A NIGHT?!?! In short, do not stay here. There’s a good reason it’s the lowest rated hotel in Blackpool.
