Beautiful & very spacious property perfect for 2 couples or a small group of friends. We felt right at home (very comfortable, nice common areas, outdoor space) and the owner was super (very helpful, kind, relaxed)! The views & walks nearby were also lovely! And close access to Inverness if you need anything from the city! We would definitely come back!

All was great. Good to follow the owners directions to locate the property (as she kindly suggested in advance) rather than the postcode in Google maps :)!

The breakfast was a huge improvement on last year, just needs fried eggs now. Otherwise excellent and the lady that greeted us was very helpful and friendly. The only downside was we couldn't get the voucher for the NCP car park discount.

All staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The view from our room was wonderful; best of the holiday. The Bistro was amazing ; such a lovely setting and excellent food and service. This definitely surpassed our expectations.

The shared bathroom was very small. The person with whom we shared the bathroom was vaping outside and all the smells were coming into our room.

Location was convenient and rooms were quiet as we were at far end of building. Ok as a basic budget over night resting place convenient for Drayton manor. Ok if you aren’t expecting much.

A few issues with the 2 rooms we booked. Broken shower controls found in the morning which meant three shower was too hot to put my daughter in. Mould stained shower cubicle. The kettle in one room was so disgusting it was unusable. Beds appeared clean but not very comfortable. No chef as was apparently off after an emergency operation, the same reason given for no chef in a review reply from February. We were offered to bring in a takeaway but the smell of stagnant smoke in the pub put us off so we ventured elsewhere. Pictures are misleading. No staff available to speak to due to an early departure. Could be a great venue with a bit more effort put into it and a really good clean up and refresh.

There weren’t any tea towels or kitchen roll and also only half a toilet roll was in the bathroom without any extra rolls. We had to go out and buy these items.

Prices of the drinks in the fridge. The breakfast was poor for the price. The penthouse needs updating a little. To pay £1250 for two nights I expected a bit more but lovely overall :)
