  Lawrence the host could not have been more sympathetic or helpful towards my colleagues and I. We travelled to Lytham St Annes for a Military Funeral and Lawrence granted us all an early check in and furthermore went out of his way to take us to the church. The breakfast was great value too before we all headed off again in the morning. Thank you Lawrence for being so accommodating.

  It was comfortable, the bedroom was really clean. The staff were lovely and made us and our pup welcome. The location was perfect for us being a bit quieter but near enough to town public transport and the seafront.

  Great location, next to bus stops for access to town or Bristol, lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance, plenty of kitchen equipment if you need it.

  The bed was very squeaky so woke you up when you turn at night . The bedroom is next to a main road with lots of people getting on the bus stop outside. The extra bed option should be in the lounge for those who don’t want to share the bedroom space. The sofa in the lounge could be more comfortable, for lounging - maybe a sofa bed would be useful?
