Modern apartment with attention to detail 👌. Lovely vase of flowers, welcome pack, and a bottle of bubbly greeted us on arrival, which was a lovely surprise. Although we didn't meet Cassie and Giles, we contacted them via messages a couple of times, and they responded immediately. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for a lovely stay 😍.

The reception staff are very friendly and helpful. The only hotel I ever stayed in that offers beer and sparkling water as a welcome to the guests and it gets replenished every day. Hotel offers a very good breakfast where the hot food is cooked based on your order.

Paul made us feel very welcome it was like staying with a friend, he recommended local restaurants, pubs and gave us information about the town which we found very useful The Green Dragon is very local to the centre of Ludlow which is a charming town

The noise from traffic on the main road was quite loud however it died down around 11 p.m.

Patient and helpful host. Quiet place. New (not worn out), clean, tidy. Room was small but not missing anything. Breakfast is continental with large choice.
