Staff were excellent. Very accommodating and friendly. The building has a warm welcoming feeling with a nice outside area and also a couple of areas inside you can sit in comfort and have a drink.

Spacious, modern caravan, our 2 year old loved running around, plenty of space on the patio. Close to Herne Bay which was our main focus this holiday. Will definitely be coming back!

Toilets and showers a bit grubby, need a good scrub. We also had to re-wash plates,glasses and cutlery Toaster was quite dirty and kettle had so much limescale in it we decided not to use it at all. Whole place just needs a very deep clean and it will be perfect. Definitely didn't put us off and we'll be visiting again!

Nice location in heart of Earls Court. Friendly staff. Nice to have plenty of coffee, tea, milk and sugar. Complimentary bottles of water Cups and glasses cellophane wrapped.

Poor TV aerial signal. I couldn't work air con, only stayed one night so didn't ask staff for assistance.

Warm welcome and lovely stay at the hotel. Good food, nice room and perfect place to explore Loch Ness. Appreciated the gluten-free options especially!

The living room area was quite spacious and comfortable, heating and TV worked fine and place was clean

The flight of stairs to get my apartment was an issue, as there were three flights of stairs. The hallways to reach the apartments are quite filthy and unsavoury to look at. The tap was not fully working and the microwave did not work. The balcony was not that comfortable as there was scaffolding on it so there wasn’t really much space to shuffle around

The location was fabulous, it couldn't have been any better.

It would have been so good if there were more little food stuffs in the kitchen like tea, coffee, salt, pepper, sugar etc. We were planning on doing most of our dinner time cooking there, but had to buy a lot of little extras that we didn't really want as we were travelling around.
