To collect keys, we had to meet a guy outside Sainsburys local. Found him sitting on the floor with a carrier bag both high on drink/drugs at 3pm in the afternoon. He eventually managed to take us to the apartment, having fallen into the lift and unsteady throughout our encounter. Once in the property, we m9ved things on quickly to get him out as pleasantly as we could. After he left, I was unable to lock the front door of the apartment.. This left my wife and feeling vulnerable for our belongings and ourselves overnight. We left immediately and contacted Booking.com. They have since confirmed no help or refund, use them a lot, and to say I am unimpressed is putting it mildly. Stay away from this property and shame on Booking.com for advertising it on their website..

Cannot say enough about this beautiful caravan- it was absolutely immaculate! We were there for 3nights & would have loved to stay longer, we are already looking at booking again soon. It had everything you needed & felt very spacious inside. The decking area is beautiful also. The owners are so kind & set up a wonderful travel cot& high chair for our little one so we didnt have to bring the big items. Cannot recommed Miss Polly’s Hideaway enough🤩

I went for the local comic con, hotel was right on the doorstep of the con so I didn't have to walk far and they were cosplayer friendly. Would recommend to other cosplayers for future comic cons. Very helpful when we had trouble finding bags for some of the stuff we had bought.

Not the best lighting for makeup but the bathroom had lots of shelves for me to out my make up across without worrying it would fall into the sink/all over the floor.

The bathroom lock failed and my partner was stuck in the room whilst I raised help and a tool to open the lock. Not a good start to the weekend...fortunately we were a couple and not someone locked in till the cleaner found them.
