Kevin and the team were so warm and welcoming even before we had arrived. The LegenDerry B&B was nicer, cleaner and friendlier than some hotels we’ve stayed in and my partner said he’s had a better nights sleep too than in hotel rooms, the bed was soo comfy! Also love that there is water, tea/ coffee and biscuits on hand whenever you like in the dining room. It’s super close to everything, we would happily stay here again! Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

A lovely old house with so much history. Lots of room to spread out. The location is exceptional - so many options for walks from this house - nice not to have to get in the car.

I’m not sure if we’re your regular clientele (two middle aged co-workers staying for business) but the place was far from our usual expected standard. Although the place was tidy enough, It was generally very shabby and I wouldn’t describe it as clean, with dust on every surface, worn out carpets and sofas, and all sorts found poking out from under the bed. Add to that, the windows are single pane and the back bedroom one doesn’t even shut all the way so we were kept awake all night by lots of street noise out the front and even the back, where there’s seems to be the courtyard of a pub. The pillows are fit for the bin being extremely lumpy and the bathroom on the landing doesn’t have a door that shuts (let alone locks!) which made showering and going to the loo awkward and uncomfortable. To me, this level of quality apartment is for only fit for large groups of teens who want to party and doesn’t warrant the price at all! Add to all that, a check in of after 3pm and an extortionate deposit of £500 for two adults staying just one night and took a full week to be refunded!! We were very unimpressed.

£35 uplift for a pet, lost my £300 sunglasses in the bar but staff did not check cameras just said they were gone. No direct service from the train station so you take your life in your hands from the station and walk along a narrow shoulder on a highway.
