One of the best BnBs I have ever stayed in!! The shower, bathroom, rooms and bedding are all spotless. You can tell the team are dedicated to giving guests a comfortable stay. The house is very close to the train station, and a short walk away from the centre of town. Most importantly, the people running this place are the best!! We had a lovely Scottish breakfast in the morning, and Keith gave us the time of day to sit and speak with us. Thank you Keith and team for the most comfortable, most heart warming stay!

Ideal location for cental Nottingham. Could walk to the concert arena in 16 mins. House very neatly presented inside and was clean. Parking is right outside the front door. Instructions to access property were very clear and enquiries made re our stay were quickly answered. The property is dog friendly. However, we made the decision not to take ours. Ideal for 1 night stay for 5 adults. If a longer stay is required, I would go back as a max of 4 adults.

Outside areas are overgrown and need a bit of TLC. House was smaller than expected for 5 adults to be able to relax in.

Staff very friendly lovely rooms. My only complaint is the rooms are so warm it unbearable to sleep. I was expecting a nice relax in the ‘spa’ but apart from a pool there were no beds or anything to relax so this was disappointing

There wasn't much to watch on TV no Netflix, itv x etc..the TV needs to be upgraded so if kids come an they want to play video games I don't think it would work on the tv an watch cartoons the room looks a little old fashion there wasn't any plugs near the bed the lights was a bit dim the lamps on the wall needs upgrading the chairs was comfy but they need a bit of a steam clean there shouldn't be no pets allowed cos you don't know if people are allergic or scared to animals

Perfect location in easy driving distance of everywhere we wanted to visit in Cornwall. Very clean, Tracy and Derek were friendly and welcoming. The hot tub was just ace!

Could have done with black out curtains in the bedroom - the sun woke hubby up early several times (didn’t bother me, I slept like a baby 🤣)

The room was rather dusty - the top of the dado rails in the room and the ensuite were all very dusty and the top of the mirror over the sink, although clean in itself, had a lot of dust along the upper edge. As everything else seemed very clean, it was rather disappointing to find so much dust!
