The staff were really lovely! George on the front desk was great really helpful with our checkout time. Also the cleaner (didn't catch his name, think he was Spanish) was really nice, helped us with clean towels and toilet roll, aways asking if we needed anything when seeing him. The staff is what makes the place good

The bathroom was an issue, I knew the rooms would be small but trying to manoeuvre in the bathroom was very difficult. Could also do with a fan or some sort of Aircon in the room as it can get very stuffy with a room with no windows

Location. When we found it. A bit hard to follow Google to this location. Needed some help from locals. But once we found it not to hard to get back. Breakfast was adequate. Great outlook towards the harbour. Despite was excellent.

This is a unit in a multi story block of units, this one set up for B&B. It really felt like we were sharing a home with strangers. No fan for cooling!!! Only one roll of toilet paper. Worst of all, we returned from a morning tour only to find the other tenents were in the kitchen, dining area smoking despite being a no smoking accommodation. Had to get out quickly as possible. We did report it to Desy. He said he was horrified. Would be nice to be able to use the TV. Lastly the shower went cold after about 2 to 3 minutes of use. Two of us used it and had to get out mid showering, for me, just as i put the shampoo in my hair. After a few minutes the water returned to hot. RRRRRRR. Most annoying.

The staff were warm and friendly and the location was excellent. The English breakfast was delightful, a great way to start a day of travel.

The standing shower was not usable as the bathroom was built against the low, slanted roof. Not recommended for people with back problems or elderly folk.

Had to go out of our way to collect and return key to a shop a few miles away but which cost an extra £15 each journey in a taxi
