The hotel room is big with kitchen, living room and 2 balconies and most importantly comes with washing machine, drying rack, oven and dishwasher. Bathroom is huge with 2 basins. Property is well kept and very clean. Staff is also very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend for anyone for stay at this apartment.”

  Staff extremely helpful, polite and friendly. Meals exceptional. House unique and gardens beautiful. Gardener took time to show me round the greenhouse. An experience well worth staying here. We will certainly be returning.

  No lift. However, as bags carried for us up stairs no problems. Also could have moved to a downstairs room but then would have missed the exquisite pictures and grand staircase entrance for dinner.

  Liked the spacious room. The location and views. The room was lovely but to find previous guests hair throughout was quite disgusting.

  The room had dark hairs in the shower, the towels and the bed. The staff refused to acknowledge this should be a problem and offered nothing other than to change the towels. One of the evening meals was dreadful. I couldn't eat mine but staff later said 'You ate it'. No I didn't, I ate four mouthfuls and had to leave it. Dogs. Very noisy dogs in reception all through breakfast.

  Great (!!!) location in the center, very nice apartment - comfortable bed, sofa, all the facilities to prepare food.

  The elevator wasn't working, so it was very hard to drag our suitcases all the way up to our 4th floor (102 steps). According to all the previous reviews, it never works, so be ready... The wifi is weak. Some bulbs were missing.

  On day 2 I woke up to find my ankles covered in flea bites. They were even bleeding at one point. I had to get up at 2:30 in the morning so didn’t have time to report it to staff. In hindsight I should have complained but working very early mornings didn’t want the hassle. Very poor cleanliness in the mattress and bedding needs fumigation.
