Very nice, clean hotel - good facilities, very nice breakfast spread, helpful staff. You can’t ask for a much better location for visiting the Vatican. Rooms felt spacious (though we had a room for 3) by Rome standards and they’ve done what they can with the space in terms of efficient bathroom design.

Rome is always a special place.

Rome is always a special place. Lots of constructions and renovations are going in in the whole city. Rome by doing so is getting ready for the Holly Spirit Year next year, 2025!! Lots of important monuments and fountains are not visible due to cleaning of the marble. For me Rome is always a city I loved the most. Recomend everyone to visit.

Rome is the place to be, just not in the hot summer! Next time we come it will be early Spring or Fall. Just so hot, cannot enjoy wandering out in this kind of heat and I'm a Floridian. It's just too hot. Highly recommend Skip-The-Line-Tour with Viator for Vatican Museums, St. Peter's and Sistine Chapel. So worth it! Kinda of steep price but it was a 4 or more hour tour.

We actually had 5 days prior to starting a long group tour which was excellent. The accommodations there were more inviting and convenient. We saw many things in Rome that were exceptional. You do need to be aware that there was an unusual number of pick-pocketers, so protect your valuables. We then went a 12-day Italy tour which was exceptional. We ended one last day in Rome. We had already seen the big attractions. Rachelle gave some good recommendations for less touristy things on the last day. Unfortunately, most were 55-59 walking minutes away, so we were unable to see in the time we had.

This hotel is about a 20 minute can ride from The Vatican and other major attractions. The fare is about 14 euros but the cab driver charged us 38 euros for the return journey . Completely conned us snd it left a bad taste in our mouths . There are many local stores near the hotel and small Markets tucked away in some side streets . Rome is a beautiful city to visit . Reasonably priced . Only minus is ensuring you don’t get conned by taxi drivers !

Delicious restaurants within steps from the door. We definitely recommend for a less hectic experience in Rome with quick access to all of the historical sites. The area had a more neighborhood feel to it that was greatly appreciated. The place itself was comfortable, clean, spacious and nicely appointed. In fact, the bed was the most comfortable bed we slept in since our Italy trip started! Guglielmo was easy to communicate with and recommended some really great food options including gelato. I would absolutely recommend a stay!

The building although found in the old city of Rome, was modern and aesthetically pleasing. The room was spacious and clean and we were also offered water which we could refill from the hotel itself - who doesn’t love a sustainable act? The best part was the breakfast - so delicious and mouthwatering, I’ve never tasted such good breakfast at a hotel in Italy! The food was so genuine and fresh - pure delicacies of Rome! Finally, Erica the receptionist was so sweet and welcoming on our arrival and departure.

We are lucky to have experienced many 5 star hotels around the globe but this is one of the best with great facilities, lovely spa staff and an excellent location too! The staff here has the best customer service I've ever received in my entire life. They welcomed us like we've been long-time friends. They showed us a map of Rome with places to see and eat. This was the first time staying in a "boutique" hotel and was an amazing experience. The rooms were clean and nice with everything in working order. It is walking distance from the Vatican City and an easy bus ride into the busy tourist areas. Check out this hotel if you plan on staying in Rome.

The bed was very spacious and very comfortable! I slept like a baby. It is also in the perfect location, right next to the station and has access to a lot of busses so it should be very easy to get around rome. The staff were amazing, specifically Jessica and Elvis, they made me feel very welcome. There’s a heatwave in italy so even after I have checked out, they made it very easy for me to rest in the hotel and even gave me towels to have a shower. Would definitely stay here again!!

This hotel is situated within 5 minutes walk from Roma Termini, very convenient if you come to Rome with a train or a plane. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is relatively rich for Rome, as you will get some ham and salami, boiled eggs. The rooms are small, but not to the point of being inconvenient. Air conditioning is working, and it does not smell with fungi as most of the units in Italy. There is an elevator, so you do not have to carry your baggage up.

This is my first stay at any hotel in Italy and I can honestly say that the receptionist set a high standard, the check in process was easy and accommodating, recommending me her own personal favorite restaurants that aren't tourist traps and wow that made the trip really great, eating authentic Italian food is the best way to start discovering Rome. The rooftop for breakfast was fantastic, having some options to eat before walking around in Rome was helpful.

This was the best hotel in Italy we have visited out of 7. Very clean, comfortable and with good vibe. Great outdoor swimming pool - we loved it after hot day. But the best was customer service. We have left a wallet and they helped us a lot and sent the wallet back. Location was good, not far from the metro station and when we used taxi from the city centre was not expensive. The staff is amazing and very helpful. It is important to note that most hotels in Italy do not provide irons in their rooms for safety reasons. They may be able to accommodate you using an iron in a private room, or they may be able to get it serviced at a local laundromat. The staff will do their best to make your stay as comfortable as possible, no matter what.

So close to Rome Termini train station if you are planning to head out to other places in Italy. Staff were kind and helpful, excellent stay overall!
