Fowey is a great place in good weather if you like boats and rivers and plenty of quaint and historical sites as well as individual shops and restaurants, pubs and cafes. It has a beach and boat trips and great walking trails on the coast path and river estuary. We loved being so close to amenities and the port not far...
We loved being so close to amenities and the port not far from our accommodation at Jackdaws, we also enjoyed walking to Readymoney Cove, it was so surreal. There are so many things to do, we weren’t short of attractions within and around Fowey, visiting Lahnydrock House, Mevagissy, and the very charming village of Mousehole.
