Note: I was there during the full week of festivals in Bilbao. Room was great and very spacious. Looked right out onto the street. Even though I was there during festival week, the window blocked out most of the noise, which was substantive and lasted alllllll night. But ear plugs (provided by the hotel) blocked out the rest. The location itself was great and very central to everything. I was working remotely, and there is a salon with tables where I could work with good WiFi and no trouble. Very comfortable bed. Coffee / tea included. Great bathroom with great water pressure. Staff was very accommodating.

The room locations were great. Thanks for the upgrades! The location of the property is fantastic. It was so easy to get to the Guggenheim, which was our objective. We took the boxed breakfast to go. It was really convenient and delicious.

    Often overlooked destination, being the ferry port for Spain and Portugal. Nice old town, some interesting Belle Epoque buildings (plus the ultra-modernistic Guggenheim for those who like that sort of thing). Lovely funicular to the top of the hill overlooking the city - access to the train is very well hidden in a low-lying square and little publicity. Distinct lack of catering facilities on the top, all a bit underwhelming, except for the view! Pity! If you come by car, take a little one, if you can.

    I would definitely recommend this hotel, and Bilbao to anyone who wishes to see more than Madrid or Barcelona. Casco vieja was intriguing, with lots of history to explore. The food was delicious, the views from atop the city amazing, and I felt so safe walking around by myself.

    I arrived late on a Monday evening and left early on a Saturday morning. Great town to walk and eat your way through. Pintxos, rioja, the Guggenheim, El Cortez Ingles, rent a bike and ride down by the river and the public transport is clean and easy to use to visit nearby areas.

    Bilbao is a lively city with lots to offer. The Guggenheim Art Museum is a star attraction to combine with the local food and wine. The ferry terminal is only a short drive from the centre and an airport bus service makes Bilbao easily accessible.

    Great city with lots to do, the Guggenheim is a must see. There is loads of nightlife and the Tapas is amazing. The Plaza Nueva is one of the best places for tapas especially Victor Montes, the Erriberako Market in the old town near the river is also a great place to visit with an amazing selection of tapas and other goods.

    We had a lovely stay in Bilbao! The hotel is in a great location, super close to the Guggenheim. Only 10 min walk from the bus stop from the airport, which was really easy to find. Easily walkable to the old town and restaurants with the amazing pintxos!!! The staff were really helpful and friendly. The room was super clean, with blackout blinds and was really quiet for a good night's sleep! Would definitely recommend!
