Seoul is an amazing city! A perfect mix of tradition and modern life — from stunning palaces and peaceful temples to high-tech shopping and vibrant nightlife. This is an amazing city and I regret that work kept me from exploring it as much as I would have liked. It is also an expensive city in many ways. I loved how green the city is now (I had last visited a concrete jungle thirty years ago!). There is something for everyone in Seoul. The city’s vibrant energy, rich history, endless shopping, and divine food keep drawing us in—from countless restaurants to stylish, creative cafés, all offering amazing flavours at affordable prices. Travelling around is very easy using their very efficient Metro system. Purchase a Climate Card for worry-free travel around Seoul. Subway station is 2 mins walk. All markets and Myeongdong are within walking distance. Regarding the actual rooms in hotel - beds are comfortable, rooms more spacious than other hotels we stayed in Korea. We traveled with 3 teenagers.
