The staff was disrespectful and lazy. They don’t want to do their job as far as house keeping is concerned, they don’t even want to give you towels. As for the building, it is known for prostitution, drugs and god knows what kind of other illegal activities goes on in that place. The staff plays along with all that goes on in there and they act as if they don’t know what’s going on. The rooms are filthy and the noise level at night is crazy. It’s one of the worst hotels to ever vacation on, it’s not worth it for all that money.Guest review byAnonymous - 6.0

This hotel is clean and comfortable bed and spacious room. It is quite new and I loved how easy it was to get to the JFK just 4 minutes walk. A short bus ride and you can get to Queens Boulevard for shopping at places like Burlington, Primark, JD shoe store and more, lots of places to eat. Queens offer more than what meets the eye. You will find bodegas on every corner, convenient metro stations to get into the city, and cheap restaurants with great food, including food trucks open 24/7. The only problem was that after the first 4 days, I noticed...
The only problem was that after the first 4 days, I noticed that the AC was not adequately cooling the room. That was my last night in the place. I brought the matter with the staff so hopefully they have done something about it after I checked out. Otherwise the place was very comfortable, clean and convenient. We got upgraded and we had an amazing and absolutely breath-taking view from our balcony ! Our room was really spacious and clean (and was kept clean even during our stay). Our bed was comfortable as well. The staff was very polite and helpful. The location is great too - it is situated next to Queensboro Bridge metro station so you can get easily and fast to Manhattan.
