It’s an exquisite hotel, great quality, and amazing service!

Breakfast was the best we have ever had in any other 5 star hotel. The pool was clean. The room was clean and always made when we wanted it.

A beautiful stay in a pleasant environment, especially the owner Mr. Sitha was very pleasant and provided us with all services related to accommodation as well as transportation and a tour of the Angkor complex.

This was the best place se stayed in Cambodia: - Clean and comfortable room, large bathroom, with all the amenities, fridge, tea & coffee in the room, excellent A/C. - Free tea time in the afternoon with plenty of cookies - Nice little pool for those feeling like having a splash - Extremely friendly and helpful staff, can give all the information you need, suggest itineraries for your visits to the archaeologic site of Angkor and provide transportation with cooperating tuk-tuks either to places in town of Siem Reap (2.5 km from center) or to any place in the area at competitive prices. The drivers speak English, drive carefully, give useful tips and help with everything you might need. Our special thanks go to Mr. Billy who was our best friend during our stay. - Excellent value for money, you get 5-star services for a fraction of what you'd pay at some other place. We highly recommend this place to everyone visiting Siem Reap, either for business or for holidays.

I loved everything about this hotel. The service is definitely 5 stars - everyone knows you by name, they greet you with cold towels and tea each time you arrive, they’re very friendly and go above and beyond. I felt like everyone took great care of me. The hotel itself is beautiful. The pool area is always kept clean and it’s very nice. The room is spacious with good air conditioning and good shower. The room was also very clean. It’s only about a 10 minute walk from the hotel to Pub Street so it’s in a good location. Everything about this hotel is perfect!

The service staff at the hotel provided excellent service. The modern room design was impressive, and the room was well equipped with everything we needed. The atmosphere at the hotel was great, with a convenient location near downtown only 100m. Additionally, there were plenty of dining options around the hotel, making it easy to enjoy delicious food during our stay.

I think her name was Mithnia (sorry about the spelling). She was extremely helpful, going above and beyond. Packed a breakfast pack for me the day i left as i was leaving early. Arranged tuktuks and bus tickets etc. She's a great asset to Angkor Heart. All the other staff were always friendly and attentive. Small things like free tuktuk into pub street after 5pm and afternoon snacks made this a great place to stay and less than 10 minutes to pub street.

Lovely pool and garden, exceptional service and very professional staff. We unexpectedly needed to stay another night and they booked us a room in one of their sister hotels. The room at The Nature was large and clean, bed a bit too hard for me, but the staff provided extra mattress topper.

We came here for the first part of our Cambodian holiday. The room is comfortable and the hotel was pleasant overall with my stay. Service was great - the team was very friendly and very helpful with our needs and very informative with information we needed - always trying to help out as much as possible. The Pool was nice and water temp was just right to unwind after a busy day out. Highly recommend

It's over my expectation. The room was really comfortable with nice facility. The pool was really huge with nice cocktail and food. The staff really helpful ,kindness and friendly. I reall highly recommend for this hotel.
