Fantastic Hotel with everything you need, location was great, building immaculate, staff great, turn down service first class , room so comfortable and I loved the fact you could access the hotel from the canal as we used a water taxi twice and a gondola and it made it so easy.

The lady at the reception was very nice with us. The breakfast it is exactly as described, it’s a simple breakfast but it’s more than enough to start the day. I don’t really recommend this for a family with kids for various reasons, mainly because it’s close to the clock tower and you can hear the bell during the day, also because the walls are thin and you can hear the noise from the other room.DimanceaYoung couple

The area is filled with restaurants and local Bacari. Very nice to stay in. The appartment is clean, well decorated, filled with light and has lots of space. Pile of coffee and tea were provided and cups and saucers and all plates are very pretty. Serena was very nice and caring with quick reply, gave us rate check out since it was no guests coming in the following date. One of the best experiences. Will come back.

We have been to Venice a few times and stayed at different places, but none of them compare to this fabulous apartment. It's so clean, comfortable, has a great layout (a fun mezzanine), two bathrooms which is very handy when traveling with two families with kids, and it's actually very close to the center. It really is very close to San Marco and not noisy at all. everything is as described but like many similar properties, it needs some renovation which I suspect it will not get. the staff were very helpful and accommodated everything we needed for children. the room layout was also great for a family and very spacious, especially for Venice standards!
