Everything on your doorstep, subway very easy to manage, people soooo friendly. One negative I wouldn't visit niagra falls again very tacky with high prices, train service the one in morning next service nine thirty at night, so really got ripped off 👍. Found a very nasty knife/blade at niagra train station. Younge street the best.

If you can solve the issue of accomodation and traffic then you can enjoy Toronto. More likely you would enjoy visiting a number of sites if you don't drive your own car, by taking public transport and having lots of time.

Overall, a pleasant stay.
Overall, a pleasant stay.
Way too much construction, however.
Local sites. such as the Hockey Hall of Fame, Rogers Center, Ripley's Aquarium, CN Tower & Art Gallery of Ontario all places well worth going to with most being in walking distance of each other.
The Bottom Line Restuarant was our Lunch time venue, service was great.
The 360 Restuarant at the CN Tower was our dinner venue. Such an amazing experience.
If you drive to the downtown & waterfront areas, be sure to add extra time as construction is everywhere.

At the beginning i was hesitate about Toronto City, I grow up in Ottawa and when to Toronto long time ago. Years later I came back to the city and believe me we (Canadians) don't have to envy anything to NY because this is much better.
Love it!!

It is not nice, you do not sleep, there is a lot of talking on the phone in the hall, and the room has a pipe of water in the bathroom, and when I arrived at the apartment, he said to me, “Give me 100€ as a guarantee for a bad apartment.”
Staff were very easygoing and friendly, and at time of booking the hotel was by far and away the cheapest available in Toronto that didn't have terrible reviews and wasn't a hostel. The rooms were nice and tidy and were cleaned every day we were there. Facilities a bit dated but everything worked really well.
It's a bit of a trek from downtown Toronto, however it is only 5 minutes walk from Spadina subway station and is also not far from Casa Loma (which is worth a look, but at $40 pp is probably a bit much for a full visit!).
What I liked is that the subway nr. 1 is literally under the hotel and you can get to downtown Toronto in ab. 40 minutes (to Union station for ex.) without the need to change to another line.
The room is nice and comfortable and there is a Nespresso machine with free coffee in the room.
I also liked that there are plenty of food options nearby (Greek fast food, pizza, Subway, Starbucks, Asian food), a local supermarket Loblaw is next door, so you can do your shopping easily. There is also a cinema close.
Second time staying here. The room is small, but what else to expect in such a central location downtown. Enough room to fit two Queen beds, a dresser, a desk, and a small bathroom. Amazing to have the pool -- want to return in the summer for the rooftop patio! Staff were very friendly again, breakfast buffet excellent and cheaper if you book it upon check-in. Will stay here again because it is by far the best value in a downtown hotel I have found.
Close to downtown Toronto with free parking , very spacious room with mini fridge , ironing board and large TV nice warm breakfast served on chinaware and stainless steel cutlery , ATM and vending machine plus computer for general use at a very affordable price compared with the other downtown Toronto hotels charging $55,-+ per night for parking.Hotel was completely renovated in 2021 and can be considered as a “ hidden gem”.
The location is excellent. In fact, its being located in downtown Toronto is the hotel's main advantage. It is easy to access and many other sites are within walking distance. It is also very close to several subway stations, which is great. The staff were pleasant enough, although usually overwhelmed by the flow of customers. It was very nice that a ventilator was provided when the city was hit by a heatwave.
A great option for a cheaper hotel in Toronto. We originally booked a more expensive hotel by the CN Tower but this was just as good. The rooms are fine, no problems. Decent location near downtown and no complaints really. They even have breakfast which is decent, although there can be queues but that's because of the people taking ages to walk around in line!
i love the location, when u step outside it is already the King Station. it is in the heart of downtown toronto. i really like the city view room.
Special thanks to Mathew who always greet us whenever we arrive in the hotel, you are such a jolly man and to the filipino guy who helped us bring our things to our room thank you so much for being so accommodating.
The location is great, close to downtown Toronto - walking distance to the main areas. The size and facilities are also good, there is really one room and one side room (open) with another sofa bed that is convenient. The view is nice. Overall, it's a good alternative to the pricier hotels in the neighborhood. The parking spot is also very convenient.
This hotel is near airport. We booked this hotel twice (as we arrived toronto and we left toronto). There is a shuttle bus from airport to hotel every 30min. The beds are very big & comfortable. From airport there is train to union station (takes about 30min.) This time we had a room on 13th floor & we had a very nice view to see the airport.
The staff made everything so much better than I expected. I was able to have the luxury of a hotel with the comfort of an Airbnb home. Best of both worlds! I will recommend and also told my friends in Toronto about it in case they'd like to have a staycation.
The apartment was very nice, the location was superb with close proximity to shopping mall, bus station, CN tower. in fact at the center of Toronto downtown, where i can access and exploit all Canada tourist attraction places.
Customer service top notch and Luxury room was amazing. I have stayed at various 5 star hotels in Toronto and to date this was the best overall experience. And the room had great CN tower view - Just loved it
The location of the hotel is great. It has access to the subway which will take you to Downtown Toronto in 20-30 minutes. In the neighborhood there are plenty of restaurants and things to do.
Hotels in Toronto are expensive and the Alexandra used to be pretty reasonable. Now it is quite over priced for bare bones accommodation. It is in a good location for downtown.
The hotel is located in one of the cleanest and safest parts of the city, connected to deeper downtown Toronto by the College subway station. Plenty of things to do around.
