    It was very peaceful if you need that get away feel .

    It was very peaceful if you need that get away feel . Excellent continental breakfast and the eggs were fresh from the owners chickens . Nice view into country side . Host Kim and Gary were very friendly and helpful . The only thing I would say is if you are tall be careful with your head on the side of the room as the walls slant up to the ceiling as it is a barn conversion . Just remember to duck your head 😊

    Bed was soft, which is not my personal preference, but it was comfortable. The bathroom was well maintained, clean, and the shower was strong and hot. Towels provided were good. Parking was easy, though it looked as though it was limited to less than 10 spaces. The hotel was close to Thame and Aston Rowant, but far from urban life. The staff I met - essentially just the cleaning staff - were very friendly and kind.

    An excellent stay. Hotel was clean, staff were friendly, dinner was exceptional. Car-parking included, free wi-fi worked well. Hotel is surrounded by countryside, so you may need to transport to get to other places! Worked well for me visiting Chinnor with the car, and a 3-mile circuit from the hotel made for a pleasant evening walk.
