The friendly staff were great and, although we were early, we were able to park up and check in well ahead of our scheduled time. The pub food in the evening was very good.

I had a great stay at Harbour Heights. The owner was lovely and very helpful. The room was just right for a few days stay and the breakfast was lovely. It was a short walk to the ton centre. I will definitely stay again on my next trip.

Location to waterfront was outstanding. Close enough to walk to and from ferry.
On average, 3-star hotels in Poole cost $126 per night, and 4-star hotels in Poole are $217 per night. If you're looking for something really special, a 5-star hotel in Poole can be found for $227 per night, on average (based on Booking.com prices).
Staying on Poole Quay was great. A lovely stroll along the waterfront with views to Brownsea Island. You can take a boat trip around the Harbour, alighting at Brownsea as one of the destinations. Poole Quay has cafes, bars, good restaurants, very good fish and chips from a quayside hut. It's a short stroll to Poole Old Town with its shops and further along to main Poole Shopping Centre. Very good local transport links to Bournemouth and suburbs. Infact easy to get anywhere like Swanage, Weymouth, Salisbury etc.

It’s a lovely location.
It’s a lovely location. Lots of really nice places to eat out and plenty of good shops. We didn’t venture too far away, but I would definitely recommend a trip to Brownsea Island. We also visited Sandbanks, Wareham and Corfe Castle, all very close by.

We looked around the harbour and went on a boat trip of the harm=bour and sandbanks which was very interesting. We were due to go the the speedway but this was cancelled due to the weather which was disappointing but the speedway was really easy to find and there looked like there would be ample parking. We also spent time in Bournemouth.
We ate at the Quay café where we had breakfast it was fab

Lovely resort, lots to see and do.
Lovely resort, lots to see and do. Harbour boat trip was well worth it as was to Jurassic Coast cruise. Lots of varied mealtime opportunities as well as the usual fish and chips. Plenty of traditional pubs on offer. I highly recommend a visit to the RNLI college and All Weather Lifeboat Centre where all the lifeboats are made, you can even stay there.

Excellent location for either staying within the area or travelling to interesting places within Dorset. Great local facilities within a short walk for dining, recreation and shopping. Would recommend El Rancho and Da Vinci for food and perhaps the Poole Arms for a quiet, friendly drink. The Jurassic Coast boat trip is one not to be missed with its visit round Old Harry Rocks to Swanage. Buses provide a great service but there are plenty of parking areas available. A day trip to Kingston Lacey (National Trust) was exceptional.
Second time I have stayed in this accomodation. Lovely house nice and clean, everything you need. Ideal location for 5 minutes walk to Poole quayside.
Staff very friendly when picking keys up, offering advice. Curteousy phone call from Ella to make sure everything was in order.
Much better than hotel, as you are literally home from home. Will definately return.
Perfect for an overnight before the ferry to Jerse, wonderful room with great view over Poole Bay, fascinating to see the RNLI college. Restaurant for dinner was great with live music in the bar. Simple breakfasts. They don't allow dogs though, which is a shame as the Thistle may be shutting this hotel would be perfect, 5 mins from the ferry terminal.
The room was attractive and comfortable and a better size than I expected from the website. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was ideally located for the reason for our visit - a function at the Guildhall - and also for exploring old Poole. We enjoyed our visit and would stay at the Antelope again
The best hotel I have ever stayed at was the Ritz in London, but the Canford is my second...…….. it was just amazing, fabulous room, amazing food and restaurant, staff were superb...… what a great place I loved it and didn't want to leave. Well done to Rob and the team :)
Welcoming, friendly and informative host, spotlessly clean, comfortable, and all the in room facilities you would expect from a bigger hotel. Easy and plentiful parking, 5 min walk from the beach. Would definitely stay here again if in the Poole/ Bournemouth area.
The house was very comfortable, very clean and well thought out. Wendy was an excellent host. Breakfast was good and Jacuzzi lovely having walked the Dorset costal footpath. Would highly recommend for walkers or those visiting Poole. A really lovely home from home.
Beautifully furnished top floor two bedroom apartment with floor to ceiling windows on corner of building offering a magnificent panoramic view around Poole Bay. Just a few minutes walk from the Quay via old quarter of Poole, steeped in interesting history.
I had a great stay at Harbour Heights. The owner was lovely and very helpful. The room was just right for a few days stay and the breakfast was lovely. It was a short walk to the ton centre. I will definitely stay again on my next trip.
The location is stunning. A heritage hotel which is right on the beach with the waves lapping below the restaurant terrace and the poolside area. Stunning views over the entrance to Poole Harbour. Lots of activity to watch passing by.
Wonderful hosts, very warm welcome, room facilities would embarrass many big hotels. Quiet and private location, good access for Poole. Amazing breakfast! Cannot fault in any way and will not hesitate to stay again.
Location location location..its everything with this hotel! Right on the beach.... cross the road from the car park and enjoy uninterrupted sunsets sat by Poole Harbour. Great breakfast and super helpful staff.
The only thing missing was a cheese grater, other than that this Vista apartment has excellent facility's, including a free parking spot and is in a superb location with just a short walk to the Poole quay
Lovely Hotel friendly staff paid for parking on arrival
Very clean room and perfect for my nights stay
Lovely breakfast in morning and location perfect for short walk into Poole
Will definitely come back
By the time we added breakfast, the cost was cheaper than 'budget' hotel chains and much nicer. FREE Parking right outside and a lovely fresh breakfast cooked as we sat down. Perfect.
