The cosy style, the terrace, the diversity of the rooms, the view. Every sunday there is a parade with old cars and old scouters, we had first line ticket from window :) and we enjoyed it very much. We had Strangers room ( i hope i remember well) at second floor.
Offering city views, Giardino delle Zagare in Piazza Armerina provides accommodations, a garden, and a terrace.

Great location in the center of town. We had a spacious suite to spread out and relax in. Delicious breakfast - I particularly enjoyed the huge variety of different local marmalades. Very friendly and helpful host.
Providing free bikes, B&B L'Angelica provides accommodations in Piazza Armerina.

This place had the best beds of our entire trip through Sicily! When we told the owner, he was happy to hear that, because apparently they changed all of the mattrasses recently. The owners are very welcoming and kind. When we arrived, they immediately offered us something to drink, which was so nice. It's these little touches that make you feel at home. Breakfast was amazing. They had everything you could want: bread, eggs, fresh fruit, yoghurt, sweets (even home-made cookies), homemade marmalades, just everything! We had booked two rooms, next to the breakfast area, but they were also the only rooms there, and they were both very spacious. We definitely recommend this place to anyone planning to visit Piazza Armerina. However: the owners should post better pictures of the rooms, because the current ones really don't do them justice. The rooms are bigger and nicer than they appear on the photos.
Set in the Ronza Natural Park in Sicily’s countryside, Agriturismo Bannata features an on-site farm producing olive oil, almonds and cereals.

Quiet contemporary home with lovely grounds. Comfortable, firm beds. The breakfast! Host permitted us to make sandwich for lunch that was very helpful as restaurants sparse where we traveled that day in the spectacular mountains (San Biagio Plantini). You need small car- will be less limiting. Beautiful grounds!
Set in a 19th-century house about 0.6 mi from the historic center of Piazza Armerina, Villa Clementine offers rooms with views of the city, garden and swimming pool.

The room was great and a good location for what I I was doing. The room was very comfortable and unique. I had lots of choices close by for eating. Parking was a short distance away, and I opted to pay for the parking to ensure I could leave the car there for two days. Cost was negligible. Excellent room and very helpful host.

The Romana Casale was terrific.
The Romana Casale was terrific. Better than we might have imagined. It is slightly outside of the town.
The town was difficult to navigate--the narrowest streets we have experienced, and you must climb straight up to reach open restaurants, near as we can tell. It is likely different during high season, with more things open.

The city has a particular charm very different from the towns in the Val de Noto we visited and one has a much stronger sense of thousands (!) of years of continual living and history. Make sure to visit the Villa Romana del Casale, fantastic!

Incredible historical area.
Incredible historical area. So many ancient temples in one place with detailed information posted throughout the site. Take a hat, water bottle, sunscreen, and wear comfortable shoes. It is easy to get around though not always on even ground. Easy to park at either entrance, allow at least 2 1/2 to 3 hours. There is also a cafe on site.

Piazza Armerina, the incredible Roman villa and mosaics was a highlight of our 12 days in Sicily. and absolute 'must' but recommend that you see the INCREDIBLE mosaics at opening or near closing time so you are not hemmed in by busloads of people and explanations from Babylon. (I speak many languages, but not all at once!) The town itself was very nice as well. Cute terraces, little park, beautiful historic buildings and little cobblestone streets. Ample (paid, inexpensive) parking everywhere.
(Regarding the B&B: the 2nd 'B' is supposed to refer to 'breakfast'. There was absolutely nothing! Many places in Sicily had a Q-code or such so you could go and have breakfast somewhere. A cute idea if you're not one who needs that 1st coup of coffee at rising, but this should be noted in the description prior to payment!)

An evening spent in Piazza Armerina was really one of the most beautiful in Sicily! We enjoyed the pleasant town with the host of the accommodation. He has a excellent enoteca (wine shop) on the square next to the apartment, so we spent the evening in his wine shop tasting amazing local wine, olives and olive oil. The host took very good care of us. Despite the fact that we do not know Italian and he does not speak English, we understood each other very well and we had no problem with communication :-) We really recommend this place :-)
The owner was really kind and helpful throughout our stay providing taxi services personally to get us to and from the hotel including picking us from the station on our arrival .
The hotel itself was quite traditional. It also has amazing views of Piazza Armerina. The room clean and spacious. We didn’t realise it was an extra charge for a room it’s an AC but there was a fan in our room anyway. The room was cleaned daily at no extra charge so cleanliness was maintained.
Breakfast was a standard continental breakfast.
Scenic views across the valley towards town. Excellent breakfast served on patio.
Nicky was a most gracious hostess and as Roberto grew up in the area he is very knowledgeable about the area and sights of Sicily. They shared a tip that Villa del Casale is open at night and it's the quietest time to visit. We were too late for that but it was a short trip to arrive early next morning and was not very crowded.
The guest rooms are immaculately finished to a custom design and contribute to a 5 star experience.
Room is spacious and nicely decorated.
Location is good, close to the main steet.
The owner waited for us on the road and pointed us to the paid parking (2 EURO from evening till noon the next day), which is just shy of 5 minutes walking to the hotel.
Breakfast was great! freshly made eggs, good bread and coffee, This was the only place we visited that served a pistachio spread- such a treat!
The hotel is located in a narrow street with no access to vehicles, so it is very quiet.
The breakfast was super with homemade cake, jam and great bread. Fruit and cheese too. And more. Our room was in the garden as we were travelling with our big dog and it was wonderful. Very quiet with a great view of the pool and a huge area to walk the dog in. A great find. And the host was very kind, considerate and warm. Then the route to Villa Casale was very easy and relatively short. Can't recommend Villa Clementina enough. Charged the hybride plug-in car too here!
Everything was just perfect! The location is in the middle of historic centre of a lovely town. Our hosts were super nice and very helplful. They recommended some good restaurants and things to do. The breakfast was excellent - the best we had on out trip. The room is nicely decorated, super clean, and the bed was really comfortable.
We highly recommend you to stay at this place, since it was the best B&B experiance we had in the whole Sicily. We would love to visit again.
Excellent B&B with modern accommodation and central location in the centre of the town.
Very friendly host, who guided us to the nearby free parking, only 3 mins walking from the facility. He also gives free of charge a free degustation invitation but unfortunately we were too tired to make use of it.
Breakfast is very copious and with various menus you can choose from.
Although the location is in the center it is absolutely quite.
Highly recommended! 👍🙏
Il triclinio B&B has well equipped, large rooms and facilities in the modern part of town. The breakfast was excellent, the landlady was very friendly and helpful, and there is plenty of parking immediately outside the property - frequently a scarce resource in Sicily! I rated it better than my expectation because it appears to have been very recently refurbished and the rooms are immaculate. A relatively short drive to the Roman Villa.
We had a wonderful one night stay at Negli Orti. It is close to Piazza Amarina, close to the Roman Villa and located in beautiful valley surroundings that are cool and pleasant in the night and mornings, even in mid-august.
Giuseppe and his team serves a great dinner with a variety of local dishes. The breakfast actually offered us the best cornettos we had during 7 days in Sicily.
Very well located, near the cathedral up the city of Piazza Armerina. Very easy to access by car (thanks to the precious instructions sent in Whats'app by Piera and Massimo).
The place is charming and in a very beautiful typical street.
We let the car every nights because it is already well located and close to busy streets.
It was really amazing ! Thank you so much !
The apartment is very modern and comfortable. It is in a secure area and near to Villa del Casale and Piazza Armerina city centre by car. The owner Giulia is very helpful and nice to talk to. Breakfast is good. The apartment is also surrounded by a very big garden with very nice views. Parking is safe behind an electronic gate. A wonderful experience!
The property itself is beautiful. The pool and surrounding gardens are lovely. The breakfast offers everything - savory and sweet - and there were mostly homemade cakes, tarts and cookies, bread, and even jam from their fruit trees. This part was all exceptional and I would rate the property and breakfast and staff as exceptional!!
Amazing respite from crowds and transit. Wonderful location and a truly special experience. The loving renovation of this farm by Maria Antonieta was done with detail and warmth. I would travel again across Sicily just to stay there longer.
Very friendly staff (Nancy) and perfect location if you plan to visit the Villa Romana del Casale (which is the main reason most people end up in Piazza Armerina for). We've visited it in winter, hence we couldn't enjoy the outdoor pool.
Fantastic stay, very friendly hosts. Felt like staying with family. Had the opportunity to have dinner cooked by the host, best meal in Sicily! Excellent breakfast and coffee!
