* La qualité de la salle de bain est insuffisante: pas de pression d'eau, l'eau qui mets beaucoup trop de temps à chauffer ( presque 10min), et un sèche-cheveux qui ne fonctionne pas. * Les lits ne sont pas refait, à peine recouvert. * l’hôtel est loin du centre ville

La ubicacion parece no muy bueno pero cuando conoces roma, te das cuenta que es excelente.....muy segura y facil de conectar tanto de noche como de dia ..... el acceso desde el subte esta a doscientos metros, el desayuno normal y ofrecen un servicio de restaurant en frente del departamento muy bueno que hacen descuento....por ser del hotel.. sin duda nos quedariamos nuevamente

Le camere si affacciano direttamente nell'atrio del palazzo e sono molto silenziose. Situato in ottima posizione per raggiungere Piazza San Pietro.Personale molto disponibile nonostante la reception non sia nello stesso stabile. Buona la pulizia. La prima colazione inclusa è da migliorare.

Pulizia, cortesia del personale Colazione non esaustiva, riscaldamento non sufficiente in camera, dovrebbe essere centrale o comunque riscaldare tutta la camera (bagno compreso) in pochi minuti.

La posizione e la possibilità di avere negozi, ristoranti nelle immediate vicinanze. Staff molto disponibile e cordiale. Non ci sono cassetti nelle camere, non sapevamo dove mettere la roba. Nella doccia l'acqua con pochissima pressione e bisognava aspettare un bel pò prima che uscisse l'acqua calda. Scomodo uscire fuori dal palazzo per andare a fare colazione

Ottima posizione e staff molto cordiale e disponibile L'aria condizionata non funzionava, nella camera si gelava. Dopo un giorno l'hanno sistemata. Nella doccia il getto dell'acqua praticamente inesistente e ci voleva parecchio prima che uscisse acqua calda. Colazione buona e abbondante ma la sala non si trova nello stesso palazzo dove stanno le camere e quindi occorreva uscire e attraversare la strada.

Locatie is top, kamer prima Ontbijtservice zeer matig, als er een aanbieding zonder ontbijt zou zijn, zou dit absoluut onze voorkeur hebben (€25 voor ontbijt voor twee personen is inclusief!)
