The location was great, in a side street very close to the Vatican. Nice to have breakfast at the street level café. Good breakfast, very helpful and friendly staff. A bit complicated to enter the room. Three keys to three different doors plus one key for the power in the room. But not a very big problem since you dont spend a lot of time in the room, when you are in the middle of Rome... |

Location, friendly staff Nothing about the hotel itself, but better indication/clarification/training for staff regarding payment of stay. I was charged twice and although it was resolved in the end, I did have to return to Rome and go out of my way to get it resolved. |

Excellent! Rooms very clean and well equipped, cleaning staff and hotel janitor friendly and efficient, incredible breakfast. Apart from being in the perfect location for exploring Rome and the Vatican, Les Chambres d'Or is blessed with the best hotel staff we have ever met. Thank you Sam, Sean, Junior, Resvan, Gugliorno, Vita and Alex. The only place to stay in Rome. We'll be back! |

The Staff were excellent and went more than the extra mile to please.I have stayed in Hotels all over the world, but the welcome at Les Chambres d'Or beats them all. Keep up the good work!! |

Excellent location, just 2 blocks from the Vatican. Helpful, friendly staff. They had a great buffet breakfast included, with sandwiches, pastries, cheeses, meats, fruits, cereals, juices, all in an outdoor cafe environment. The best we experienced in Italy, by far. The room was a little inconvenient to get to. There were several locks to unlock and more keys than were necessary. Also, the minibar and safe did not work- no key. These were minor inconveniences. |

We were made to feel very welcome from the minute we stepped through the door. Sam and the rest of the staff were very attentive. Local information was easy to obtain as all the staff spoke very good English. The location was better than we expected as we were only 5-10 minutes walk away from St Peters and Vatican Museum. Also good location for public and tourist transport. Will stay again. |
