The staff was very friendly and helpfull. The room was clean and there was wireless internet for free. The room for breakfast was too small for the number of visitors. We had to go to our room for there was no place. Only one elevator for cleaning staff and visitors takes sometimes to be patient. |

The only thing good about this hotel was the bed . We ask for joining rooms for 2 couples. WE got 2 room on separate floors. We were suppose to have a Manhatten view , all we got was a building being build, in a trashy neiborhood. MY husband said this isn't what we ask for and she said just because booking.com said that was what we were getting doesn't mean that is what you are going to get.Trash laying outside the front door of Hotel along with dead pine trees. My husband ask the girl at service desk where to get some thing to eat , she said there isn't anything with in walking distance . We started walking and found a very nice neiborhood with maybe 10 to 15 Restaurant about 4 blocks away .I was on the elevator and the maids got on with 3 large trash cans full of sheets , when we got to my floor she wanted me to squeese thru the trash cans. She could not speak english so she is pointing for me to more. ,Please write at least 15 words |

Location excellent. 3 different subway lines each within 10 minute walk from hotel. Easy 6 block walk to Broadway for shops and restaurants and another subway. Beds very comfortable, rooms very clean. Wifi worked great. Subway rides to major Manhattan quick and easy. Excellent price compared to staying in Manhattan. Breakfast area small. They should have benches/tables outside for people to eat or smoke. Elevator - only one which maids use as well and picks up on floors whether the request was for up/down, which can make for longer elevator ride. |

Great new hotel. Great value for money. First impression of the neighborhood was not good though, because it looked dirty and unsafe, but it wasn't that bad and we had no problems. We stayed here nine days. The subway to NY is pretty close. The breakfast was really good. Free wifi. Our room had a great view towards Manhattan. OK fitness room with 3 machines. We would certainly stay here again next time we are going to NY. It would have been great with a pool. |

Type of room, tidiness, internet access, breakfast. breakfast room too small; the hotel is quite far from the metro station and it stays in a gloomy area. They didn't answer to mail e-mail asking for information and clarification. |

5 min walk to subway The hotel is an area with an immigration background. Lots of people speak Spanish, e.g. in the shop nearby. I didn't have any problems with this and felt safe at all time, but it may not be everyone's cup of tea. |

The area the hotel is in a mixture of housing and hotels and we found an excellent brazilian restuarant 2 minute walk away also ease of getting into the centre of the city. Enjoyed our stay. The small dining area but we knew about that as it was mentioned when we booked the hotel. |

The staff was timid but very kind and helpfull. The breakfast area is way too small, but the bagels with cream cheese, coffee and orange juice tasted just fine. The kingsize bed was comfortable. We had a good rest at night. Unfortunately, they didn't change the sheets on our bed once, just shook them up a little every day. Since the temperatures, during our visit, went sky-high, we would have appreciated some clean sheets. The airco on the other hand was indispensable. The journey to the heart of Manhattan was only a 10 minute subway ride away. We walked to the closest subwaystation, 4 blocks from the hotel and took the subway to wherever we wanted to be that day. Very convenient! |

The comfort of the room The reception desk staff was not friendly and they refused to accept the Bank of America credit card we had used for booking, and which had already been accepted and approved by Booking.com, so we ended up paying 25€ more for the room due to the difference in the EURO exchange rate between time of booking and actual stay. They said they would accept it if I filled out the authorization form, but then neglected to send it by email even after I called twice to ask for it! :( |

It was very close to the Metro with an easy commute from JFK Airport and midtown Manhattan. The rooms were very comfortable and amazingly clean. We were not bothered by any noise from adjoining rooms. The breakfast area is far too small for the number of clients attempting to eat breakfast each morning....many people had to take their meal to their rooms to avoid waiting a long time for a table. |

The bedroom was a comfortable size and the bed was very impressive, a huge king size and very comfortable!! A comfortable clean room. The hotel was located in what I can only describe as downtown Queen's and we felt felt very vulnerable walking from the tube back to the hotel. On our first night we had a take away as we did not want to be wondering around the streets late at night. Breakfast was disappointing- 4 tables in the lobby with a self serve choice of cereal, bread, fruit and hot/cold drinks served on paper plates/bowls with plastic cutlery. |

This is one of the most pathetic managed hotel Ramada. I still curse myself for believing the brand Ramada and booking it. The coffe mugs were not cleaned for 3 days, the child bedsheets were not taken off and thy were still lying there when we returned at night. Water was not kept in the room. The new towels were placed on the bed instead of bathroom. Poor breakfast, congested breakfast area in the lobby, poor cleaning of the breakfast area. Please read the reviews of this hotel before you spend money and suffer. |
