I had a great stay at Harbour Heights. The owner was lovely and very helpful. The room was just right for a few days stay and the breakfast was lovely. It was a short walk to the ton centre. I will definitely stay again on my next trip.

A historic, well maintained town with many of the facilities you would expect to find in a modern day town.
The harbour was an attractive place to visit with many businesses there to serve visitors whilst Poole Park was well worth the visit.

It’s a lovely location.
It’s a lovely location. Lots of really nice places to eat out and plenty of good shops. We didn’t venture too far away, but I would definitely recommend a trip to Brownsea Island. We also visited Sandbanks, Wareham and Corfe Castle, all very close by.

We looked around the harbour and went on a boat trip of the harm=bour and sandbanks which was very interesting. We were due to go the the speedway but this was cancelled due to the weather which was disappointing but the speedway was really easy to find and there looked like there would be ample parking. We also spent time in Bournemouth.
We ate at the Quay café where we had breakfast it was fab

Lovely resort, lots to see and do.
Lovely resort, lots to see and do. Harbour boat trip was well worth it as was to Jurassic Coast cruise. Lots of varied mealtime opportunities as well as the usual fish and chips. Plenty of traditional pubs on offer. I highly recommend a visit to the RNLI college and All Weather Lifeboat Centre where all the lifeboats are made, you can even stay there.

Excellent location for either staying within the area or travelling to interesting places within Dorset. Great local facilities within a short walk for dining, recreation and shopping. Would recommend El Rancho and Da Vinci for food and perhaps the Poole Arms for a quiet, friendly drink. The Jurassic Coast boat trip is one not to be missed with its visit round Old Harry Rocks to Swanage. Buses provide a great service but there are plenty of parking areas available. A day trip to Kingston Lacey (National Trust) was exceptional.

Unfortunately the weather wasn't our friend so we didn't see much of Poole. We did drive 15 mins to Durley Chine where we parked for walk into Bournemouth. We also took a trip to Hengisbury Head (25 min drive).
There was a warm welcome at the Rose and Crown. Large room, feels more like a boutique hotel. Large bed with great linen. Excellent powerful shower. Complimentary fresh milk and water were nice.
Good quality pub food in the restaurant. Was busy for a Tuesday evening when we stayed and there was a good atmosphere. Heather and Marcus kindly let us have breakfast slightly earlier as we had a ferry to catch. Would definitely return. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
The hotel is beautiful. Amazing location. The staff were absolutely wonderful. The Breakfast selection was outstanding. Our room was very comfortable and the hotel is spotless. Will definitely stay here again. Literally just across the water to stud land bay. Small journey to swanage easily accessible by the hourly tour buses. Poole quay up the road. We had everything really on our door step. I would highly recommend staying here
The location, easy parking inside hotel grounds; bus stops to Poole and Bournemouth right outside hotel; very comfortable beds; dining room was bright and airy although due to covid restrictions no buffet allowed, and no fresh fruit available at breakfast. The cooked breakfast was served to order and very nice too. The beach was only 3/4 minutes walk but a steep hill to climb on way back.
Second time I have stayed in this accomodation. Lovely house nice and clean, everything you need. Ideal location for 5 minutes walk to Poole quayside.
Staff very friendly when picking keys up, offering advice. Curteousy phone call from Ella to make sure everything was in order.
Much better than hotel, as you are literally home from home. Will definately return.
We enjoyed a lovely 2 night stay with our dog feeling very welcome. The breakfast was very well organised, lots of options to choose from and delicious and we were really set up for the day.. Great location and nice walk into Poole. Debs and Doug were very hospitable, gave us lots of ideas of places to visit and we will definitely return again.
The hotel was in a very good location, about 15/20 minutes walk from the train station and 10 minutes or so from Poole High Street, the Dolphin center and the Old Town. There were many places to eat and drink nearby.
The room was comfortable and the breakfast was adequate with plenty of choice.
I had a great stay at Harbour Heights. The owner was lovely and very helpful. The room was just right for a few days stay and the breakfast was lovely. It was a short walk to the ton centre. I will definitely stay again on my next trip.
Lovely room. Excellent situation of hotel near Poole Harbour. We ate breakfast outside as the weather was warm which was lovely. We also dined in the restaurant which had a good variety of options on the menus with attentive service
A great welcome, well equipped family room and a fantastic breakfast. Hosts very accommodating and helpful, even serving breakfast before 6:30am so we could head off early. Perfect for a stay when using the Poole ferry terminal
Great location for accessing Poole Quay with its bars and restaurants and the surrounding areas using public transport. Nice that the hotel reserved me a room in front of the TV so that I could watch the football!
Location was superb - less than 10 min walk to Poole Quay. Accommodation was large enough for two people and had everything you could need - and the general area was exceptionally clean, well kept and felt safe.
Everything thing. Beautiful room. Very clean and comfortable. Superb breakfast. Better than most hotels I have stayed in. Will definitely stay there again when I visit Poole. Highly recommend it.
Beautifully decorated guest room and dining area. Breakfast perfect. Owners very friendly and helpful. Close to Poole Park and easy walks all the way to Poole Quay and town centre.
Superb breakfast with lots of choice. Excellent room and facilities. Ideal location. Friendly and efficient staff. Overall has to be recommended as a hotel choice in Poole.
Our sea view was perfect from our room and the hotel was right on the beach. Poole and Bournemouth was a walk away. We used the e-scooters which was so much fun.
