Breakfast was very good although there were a lot of supplimentary costs for some dishes which was a little disappointing as breakfast was included in the cost.

The room, location and staff were all excellent. I would highly recommend and will definitely be visiting again. Great facilities and the terrace is great if you get the weather. Rooms are modern and decorated to a very high standard. Shower was excellent

The room was clean and comfortable with a beautiful mountain view! We ate dinner and breakfast there and the food was delicious! The staff was gracious and helpful. Will definitely stay here when we're back in the area!

The setting and the scenery was lovely especially when it was raining at night and the log burners inside make it sound warming and the food and drinks are top notch the Guinness pie is quite a handful as is the big burger

Very good staff. However, been above a pub the room was quite noisy (which wasn't a huge issues and to be expected) but sometime after closing. Room was very small and the cleanliness wasn't the best - which probably explained the invasion of flies.

Sunset House B&B is found just outside the Cumbrian market town of Penrith, and less than 20 minutes’ drive from the Lake District National Park.

The couple who runs this b n b are warm and friendly. The room is spacious and homey, breakfast is fresh and cooked to order. Nice conversation rounded out the visit. As an extra bonus, we arrived close to 9pm and were able to get some dinner at the pub next door.
