This accommodation is a beautiful home with luxurious, unique rooms. There are expansive grounds, well appointed rooms, welcoming common areas to sit. The rain shower is lovely and the coffee maker and tea kettle in the room was a bonus. Staff is very kind and helpful for any recommendations for local attractions (winery visits) or to assist with dinner reservations. Breakfast has something for everyone!

Perfect!!! Our stay was no less than amazing. The hosts, Amy & Massimo made us feel at home from the very first moment, spoiled us and knew what we need before we could ask. Amy's cuisine, yummy... "They ARE the place", says Fillipo, the owner, who was there every day and made sure we have the best local experience with vineyard and restaurant reservations and pointers to spots in the area.
The room is super clean, maitained daily, the place is isolated from the town, very green, lots of nature and pool was open even in April.
Thanks a lot. We will definitely come again when in Tuscany.

Peaceful, with beautiful Vistas.
Peaceful, with beautiful Vistas. The Staff was outstanding with smiles and open arms for any assistance we needed. Cooking class was fun, learning many new things none of us had known with our delightful chef who was patient and knowledgeable. Dinner at the restaurant was full of wonderful foods. The perfect place to explore wineries and take it down a few notches to relax and unwind.

I would imagine that, like me, most people go there to visit the famous Antinori wine estate, one of the most spectacular & lavish wine estates for visitors in Europe, and one of the few that are comparable with what you would find in California, South Africa or South America. There's not a great deal else here that I am aware of - it's basically a few small villages. Good location for visiting other neighbouring parts of Chianti though. And, as noted in my review elsewhere of the Albergo Bargino, its attached fish restaurant, the Trattoria del Pesce, is worth a visit in itself.

This town in the middle of Tuscany is breath taking.
This town in the middle of Tuscany is breath taking. In the middle of everywhere yet close to Florence making your return to the airport very convenient. The area is surrounded by wineries, restaurants, pizzerias and gelato shops making the panorama painteresque and unique to the area. Perfect starting point for biking too. Must visit.

The location of the town was perfect for us, as we came to have our own wine tour.
We had about a 30-40 minutes drive (tops) to each of our pins on the wine map we planned!
There are vineyards all around :)

The area was lovely, with villas and wineries everywhere.
The area was lovely, with villas and wineries everywhere. Did some of our own cooking, but also ate out.
A bus trip to Florence was worth doing.
Driving to villages/places worked well. Castellina, Radda and Volpaia our favourites.
Driving could be a little difficult on the narrow roads (for two cars to stay on the bitumen)... and buses.
We were given a bottle of wine from our winery stay, and saw the beginning of the grape harvest.

We stayed here 5 nights for a wedding at a venue very closeby (castello il Palagio) and we very much enjoyed our stay. The family hosting was really kind, accommodating and helpful. They gifted us with a bottle of wine at our arrival! The appartment was very comfortable and well equipped, it was nice to be able to make our morning coffee and have breakfast outside every morning. The hot tub room was really beautiful and fun though there’s a fee for using it. If you’re looking for a homey, authentic experience of rural tuscany this is it!
location is amazing, view is stunning, property is well kept, breakfast was excellent with ham and eggs and vegetables and Nutella, of course.
Simon is a great host, very helpful and friendly!
initially we thought we will be able to take a bus to Florence and back, but don’t trust Google maps, it’s more difficult than they say. So renting a car or taking a taxi (€40 one way) is the best option but it’s definitely worth it! you will experience real Tuscany over here!
Resort had great facilities and amenities, amazing views, and offers much to keep us occupied during down time at the resort and days we just wanted to relax…tennis, bocce, walks, cooking class, yoga area was a great place to play catch when not in use :), convenience of a good quality restaurant for breakfasts and ala cart dinners. good locale from which to drive to Florence and San gimingnano. Staff extremely helpful and kind.
We really enjoyed our stay. Our hosts were very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast each morning was fresh and delicious and the grounds were quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed dinner at the restaurant on site one evening and visited nearby Florence and Siena. Winery on site that you could schedule tastings and tour of.
The stay at the farm was perfect in every way, the location, as it was close to Florence, tasty home-made breakfast, the Tuscan vibe and our hostess Gulia was so welcoming and helpful that it made our time in this unique part of the world unforgettable. I would gladly stay in Il Pintello again.
Incredible. We loved this property. It's beautiful, in a great location and the staff is exceptional. Great location for exploring Tuscany and easy day trips to Florence.
Highly recommend the castle tour and wine tasting with Ms. Jillian, it was a highlight of our stay.
It’s the first time when I gave a 10 for a hotel.
The atmosphere, the bed, the breakfast, everything was perfect!
The stuff is like family, they make you feel like home when your grandma was spoiling you.
They have a big green yard with a great view to the hills🥰
The location is amazing at the hotel. The views and space of the hotel grounds is really amazing for walks or hikes easily. Breakfast was also perfect in variety and offering. Room space and cleanliness was very sufficient as well.
This property is beautiful! Benedetta is a wonderful host and very kind! There are many amazing restaurants within walking distance. (I highly suggest walking the 10 minutes instead of driving)
Great strategic location, easy access, possibility to be by the pool near the main hotel + good breakfasts at the hotel for 10€ per person, quite expensive. Good linens and fixtures.
Very friendly and helpful owner. The room has a great view in the vally. Not far driving from San Casciano In Val di Pesa where the local restaurans have great toscana food and wine.
This is a hidden gem. Out of the way, but a great view and very accommodating staff. An old Italian estate that has been converted to hotel rooms. Excellent value.
Amazing property we were there for our daughters wedding at a nearby farm and stayed here. Such a lovely environment and wonderful staff we loved our 4 night stay.
Great hotel, very clean, nice view, garden. Fantastic breakfast. They sell their own wines and have a very good restaurant. Would absolutely stay there again.
