Everything was better than we could have imagined. The room was super cosy & comfortable, from the fabrics, lightening, the cosy bathrobes, good quality towels, the beautiful room fragrance you can see a woman with taste and experience in 5 star hotels has taken care of everything. We felt really comfortable and the owner took her time to explain for us everything important. She recommended a restaurant close to the hotel called 4 Leoni which was fantastic. The location is better than we could have imagined, you are in 10 min walking distance everywhere important. They gave us water complimentary and stored our luggage. We didn't feel like in a hotel, we felt like in a private suite with service but 5 star level. They use the beautiful shampoos and bath gel from Ortigia which they also use in the Raffles on the Palm Jumeirah a $1500/night hotel. So we felt very luxurious

a beautiful boutique hotel that has a special charm to it! the staff is lovely and the self-check-in was so easy! it's a magical space if you are looking for something unique! Bonus info: it's not so close to overly crowded touristic areas however its a perfect location to get anywhere in the city by walking

Exceptional Villa resort - extraordinary level of customer service. Bespoke meals curated to our taste. 5 Star cleanliness and luxury. The entire staff - especially Meirko and Eva made us feel right at home. The owner of the property Mr Massimo said goodbye and thanked us for the stay. Awesome! and highly recommended.
