This Hoboken hotel is located on the waterfront, 1640 feet from the PATH Rail Station with service to Manhattan. The hotel offers a full-service spa. Perfect location on Hudson River. Close to the Path, buses on Washington Street. Easy to get to city.
Featuring a sun deck, Dharma Home Suites Hoboken at Novia is located in Hoboken, New Jersey, 0.9 mi from Riverview Park. Roller Rink Park is 1.1 mi from the property. Location was close to public transit (bus/metro). My apartment was on the 5th floor and had a beautiful view of NY City. Everything in the apartment was very nice (could use more cooking pans). There is a media room on the roof of the building with even better view of the city and a great place for teens to relax.
Within a 5-minute walk of Pier A Park and 500 yards of Hoboken Fire Department Museum, Three Bedroom Hoboken Apartment has free WiFi and a bar. Fantastic experience from start to finish. The apartment is just a block from the Hoboken PATH so it takes only 10 minutes to get into the heart of NYC. There is tons to see and do in Hoboken as well. Great restaurants, bars, and an amazing view of the NYC skyline is just outside the door of the apartment. The apartment itself was very clean - we all loved the design and found the beds to be super comfortable. I can recommend this apartment to anyone, especially larger groups!
Great balance between staying in the suburbs and being a short distance to the city. The bus which is about four blocks away text you directly into the port Authority bus station where you can catch the subway or walk out into Time Square it is also about a 15 minute Uber ride. There are a lot of small shops bars and Restaurants within walking distance.
Hoboken is very uniuque, clean and safe. Parking is atrocious. If by some miracle you find a parking space, you better be an expert at parallel parking. Use the parking garage at 1600 Jefferson and walk. Take mass transit to Manhattan. Bus is at 15th and Willow, 2 short blocks from Dharma and only $3.50 to Port Authority in Times Square. If returning after 6:00PM, busses stop running to Hoboken. Take path train at 34th St and 6th Ave. When you return, the cabs are a flat rate of $6.00 for anywhere in Hoboken which is 3 miles from Manhattan on the other side of the Hudson River. Hoboken is now considered a suburb and bedroom community to NYC.
The city has a lot of good small restaurants. Very good alternative to staying in New York City. You can't get the view of the New York skyline from New York but you get a great view from the city of Hoboken.
I have lived in Jersey City for along time but coming here for vacation and staying at the Shelton in Hoboken made it better walking the outside by the ferry and shopping the stores and the beautiful view by the lake was a great time with my partner as a second honeymoon.
If this hotel were in NYC I'd expect to pay upwards of $600+ for a room like we had & the view would probably be of the brick of the building beside it & the sound; street noise. Hoboken is the best of NYC without the worst. So easy to get to, just minutes but a world away.
Came for my twin girls sweet 16th Bday for them to visit Carlo's Bakery and to visit NY. Finding a parking space is insane, the traffic was ridiculous not to mention all the one way streets that my car could barely fit down so we decided to park in a parking garage. This was well worth the money spent. We walked around the waterway and enjoyed the park, this was a beautiful area. We then walked along the streets checking out all the shops.
This is an amazing property in the perfect location. The apartment was sparkling clean. Extremely comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, great showers (and tons of toiletries). For our group of 8 we couldn’t have done better. NYC is minutes away but you’re also next to all the best shopping, restaurants, and nightlife in Hoboken. Also paid parking is directly across the street which was very convenient.

The room was clean and comfortable. I really liked that the hotel uses Bliss products for their toiletries. The room that I stayed in was facing another building, but I’m sure the views overlooking the water would be amazing. Also, there’s a restaurant attached to the restaurant and quite enjoyed the unlimited brunch there. The staff were also quite friendly and helpful!

Nice clean modern apartment which had everything we needed. It’s a block from my daughter in Hoboken which was the main attraction but is close to buses or ferry to get to NY. Bed was comfortable, shower was hot. ROKU tv gives you options if you already have Netflix etc at home. Would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was amazing, everything new and modern, great apliances. Very clean and tidy. Hoboken is just a stones throw from Manhattan, which can be reached via ferry or path metro. Nice and quiet in the evenings, but with great bars and restaurants. Will definitely be back.
